This unethical place!

This unethical place, I refuse to call a clinic. We called them and told them our dog was missing and gave them a full description. Our dog ended up being stolen by a neighbor. Banfield having taken our report and description of our dog , because they are located within 3 blocks of where we live, therefore we believed had our lost beloved dog be found someone may have taken it to Banfield. They have boarding, vets, daycare etc. Our dogs photo was on every website available as missing. Yet when the thief went to thier clinic they believed whatever story was told to them never thinking to check or print off missing dogs photos. They should know better then anyone theft of dogs especially small purebreds is common. If they cared a bit they would take the minute or two to put up missing photos as a customer service. Instead they were interested in money only and fully vaccinated my already vaccinated 10 pound dog. He was feverish had diahrea and vomited. We lucked out and a hero mailman named Ted reported seeing our dog at the time we had pamphlets ( over 200) around the Banfield neighborhood. Then not only did they not apologize for this hideous mistake, they refused to tell us the true owners what shots they gave our pet against our will. They could have a disclaimer on thier registration stating that the pet belongs to the individual bringing it in for service. Make all customers registering first time customers present ID. This added paragraph to thier registration could have stopped this terrible debacle and avoided potentially killing our 10# dog. They disgust me. This is in HighPoint NC
