The product was nothing like the images on line and it arrived sealed in a plastic bag reeking of cigarette smoke. Disgusting!

The dress did not match the photo in…
The dress did not match the photo in colour, fit or cut. So misleading. Then it cost almost as much to return to warehouse in china. I sent them proof of postage and a tracking number and the item still hasn’t arrived so I am now out by considerable money and have not had a refund- which seems incredibly unfair. I also feel like I was misled the product since it certainly did not match what was advertised. Stay clear of these people.

Photo did not match inferior product sent
Photo did not match product sent. Denim skirt was not stonewashed as per photo, and design/cut was not the same either. Photos of both advertised and received sent. Quote from complaint response: "Please note that we did not find any difference between the product you received and the one displayed on our website. However, we will forward the image you provided to our quality department to ensure we can offer an even better experience for you in the future.
For the return request of your item: ARO#xxxxxx
You can send the item back to our warehouse for a refund within the next 7 days. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping fees." The warehouse address given was in CHINA.
