Bought a signed match book in a frame. Frame arrived broken and glass was scratched. They said they would refund, but have now ignored since I can no longer rate them on eBay. Overpriced and poor quality

It took 1 month to arrive and the number aren’t matching one of them is light and the other is darker and also when I contacted the seller I got no response about my order

I bought their mystery box about 12 days ago and on their website they say that they ship the item within 3 days after order and can take up to 5 to 12 days to deliver and now its been 12 day the item is steel waiting for shipment and I have emailed texted called them and they do not respond to me and I do not know if I got scammed or not.

Last year in December I bought a signed Chelsea shirt and everything went perfectly fine.
Just a few weeks ago I ordered a Frame. Even tho they don’t ship Frames to Germany usually, after talking with Adam shipping to Germany was no longer a problem.
The support from Adam is the best I’ve ever witnessed.
The Frame arrived with an instruction on how to Frame the Shirt and overall it was easy to set up.
The frame looks great, there is nothing to complain about.
So again I can only recommend his services (Shirts and Frames) since I bought both of them.
