Store credit 'disappeared'
I was a frequent customer years ago, but then the creativity and quality of the products get worser. So I did not use my store credit for many years. I checked them from time to time, it was still here. But last week I discovered that my store credit of over 200 $ has gone. Andrew Christian changed web/shop/system but could not migrate my store credit. They told me that it's my fault because I did not export/import. But I did not know that worflow and honestly it's not my responsibility about there internal systems. Andrew Christian is not willing to give me back my money (store credit) to use for future purchases. This is like stealing, they lost me as customer.
Ordered Two / Received One
I ordered two items. One arrived and other did not. I inquired as to whether the second piece was being shipped separately. Was informed, more or less, that 'their process was impeccable and therefore they could not assist me.' Fortunately, I speak Tool (my father was Toolish) so I understood what that meant: I could go sit on a thumbtack.
Considering Andrew Christian is ceasing production / closing permanently next week, their customer service team is clearly not very invested in my satisfaction. With my own experience having worked for two companies that announced closings a bit too early than they should have, my déjà vu was activated. 80% of the staff at the companies I worked for strip-mined their employers of anything worth anything. If too much time goes by some previously loyal people who now feel betrayed are more likely to mess with the company.
I do not know what the story is with Andrew Christian, but they certainly are being very irresponsible.
On another note, I was going to give them two stars because I liked the underwear that arrived...but common sense would dictate that if someone takes your money for nothing in return, they get one star.
Order not received, no refund!
I have not received my order (after 5 weeks) and Andrew Christian have refused to investigate the issue or to offer me a refund for my purchase, which I have not recevied. They have essentially stolen my money!

Awful I sent an email as I wanted to subscribe to 1 of their monthly pants clubs as you get free delivery on those where as everything else is a total rip off at £15-£45 just for delivery to the UK wiping out any savings you would make from the sale
The problem I had was it was offering me a bonus free pair of pants on sign up which is great I'm sure you are thinking like I was but it would not let me check out with the free pair without trying to charge me £15 for delivery - not exactly free then so I reached out asking if they could provide me with a free delivery code and 10 days later I had heard nothing back from them so unsubscribed to all the bombardment of emails and I won't be spending another penny at this place

We promoted this company and generated tens of thousands of dollars in sales through their affiliate program. Our commission was just a few hundred dollars, but they never paid us. Worse, they blocked our access to the affiliate account without any explanation. This is unethical and unacceptable behavior. It’s clear now that they’re running a scam. We’re speaking out to warn others: **do not trust this company**. If you’re considering working with them, be very careful. They take advantage of marketers and disappear when it’s time to pay. Total fraud. THEY ARE SCAMMER...!!!
Shorts are way too small. You have to pay return shipping and original shipping.
Purchased two pairs of shorts. Ordered a size I wear from plenty of other retailers. Originally I was surprised I had to pay shipping on an order that was over $100. When the shorts arrived, they were way too small. Since this is an online retailer, of course you cannot try clothing on ahead of time. The return process was a nightmare. They struggled to find my order. I had to pay return shipping on my own and was not refunded original shipping charges. Out $22 and nothing to show for it. Customer service department was unsympathetic and made excuses about being a "small retailer" therefore unable to absorb shipping charges. If you are in the business of selling clothing online, it is part of the business! Figure it out or don't sell clothing online.

Awful! Don’t use. There was an issue with the address. Updated them. They didn’t sufficiently intervene and waited for the problem to get worse. When eventually I managed to chase the delivery, i was told the parcel was lost. I was offered a discount code to the same value as another deal in their website. A bit of a slap in the face.

The product was not what was not wearable.
The product was not what was represented. I ordered two swim suits. They were on sale. I previously had ordered a batch of underwear on sale. Nothing fit well or seemed very well made. I suppose that's why they were on sale. They could not be returned as they were a sale item. Really not good customer service. Just wasted $100. Will not order again. For sure don't buy a sale item.

Bad delivery
I had two orders at sales December and it took them two months to “arrive”, turns out that on the tracking order page it said delivered but it was not delivered to me. Writing to customer support, they said first if I was willing to get a 70% refund or to wait up to 15 days to get my orders. I choose the second option and it happened again, delivered in the tracking order page but no contact what so over, via mail or phone from the delivery company. It live in the city center of Madrid with a 24h doormen, so no way they even tried to deliver the order and could not. The answer from costumer service was that I had a difficult address to deliver the order and that they would refund me with 70%. After me complaining about it, they said that they would pay the 100%. They refused to give the name of the transportation company and maintaining its my address that is hard to deliver. 4 orders were not possible to deliver in the center of madrid, with all the info correct, phone number attached and all. Still waiting for the money to appear on my account from the refund.

Far too expensive for international customers
Have had some Andrew Christian underwear for a few years so I thought I would treat myself again. The new briefs I ordered are very good and fit well. I also ordered a Trophy Boy ball separator which is fun.
Unfortunately I will never order from Andrew Christian again as these 4 items cost me $85
Much as though I love Andrew Christan underwear, I can now find just as good briefs in UK for a fraction of the price.

Still no help from them- borders on theft!
They are still being of no assistance whatsoever. The package still isn’t with me, and despite the tracking showing it’s due for delivery tomorrow, this clearly isn’t the case as it hasn’t even left America yet. They are seemingly refusing to cancel and refund a replacement order I put through as well- I have requested it twice and not had any confirmation, or even a response of any sort to the request.
I get told they will be in touch with me and they will sort it out etc. Sadly they don’t pro actively contact me- I have to contact them all the time. The customer has to do all the leg work.
I’ve had no contact from their senior management either. I would like to think the senior management would like to discuss such an appalling experience directly with a customer, but it appears as if they don’t care all that much.
Again, I’m sure their response to this review will be to apologise for my poor experience and to promise they will be in touch.
Well, I would like someone from senior management to contact me urgently to discuss the issues I have faced and to confirm what sort of goodwill gesture they will be offering me. They haven’t offered anything yet at all. Nothing. Not even a hint of a gesture of goodwill. Not even a refund of the original postage charge u paid for Christ sake. I ordered about 28 days ago I think and am no closer to receiving the items I’ve paid for. Andrew Christian just don’t seem to care.

They used to have good quality products years ago but that is now lacking. As a result, their products are now overpriced compared to other similar products on the market. I avoid purchasing anything from this company at all costs.

i have been using them for many years. their underwear and swim wear is pure quality. never undone stitches or holes or color fading. their stuff lasts and it makes you feel sexy and confident. everyone else does not see it but you know you are wearing it and it changes your attitude. some of the styles can be a lot of fun too.
