Looks like there is a fault in it House number is not a mandatory field yet it complained about it when it was empty.I have to ring customer support now instead of applying online.

Donna has been absolutely brilliant throughout — always professional, kind, helpful, and quick in responding. Her professionalism and her support have been greatly appreciated, and she is are a real credit to her workplace. I would highly recommend Allied Bins based on the excellent service, especially from Donna, that I have received.

Horrendous. Save your energy and money
Customer service is extremely poor. It’s been a month since I opened my household bin account and they still have not dropped out my actual bins, they said they did, asked me to speak to my neighbours, I checked my cameras outside and there was nothing. They answer emails maybe once a week and it’s never any helpful information. There has been 14 emails and 2 phone calls (the most recent one they said they would call me back and never did). I’ve asked 4 times for a refund of my €60 deposit and to close my account and I’m still waiting. If I didn’t have access to my family members bins on the same street I’d have rats by now!! Customer service needs serious reworking along with all their procedures as from what I can see with other reviews, they cannot stick to their word at all. Would not recommend, save yourself the pain and go anywhere else.
Missed recycling collection and no response after repeated contact
My recycling bin was not collected on 14 May 2026, even though my general waste bin was collected the same day. The recycling was not contaminated, and my account was not overdue.
I emailed the company on 16 May asking why the recycling bin had not been collected and what date the following week they would collect it. I received no reply. I then submitted a contact form through their website around 24/25 May, and again received no response.
Missed collections can happen, but ignoring a customer who is simply asking for an explanation and a re-collection date is poor service. I am now left with an uncollected recycling bin and no clear way to get the issue resolved.
I would appreciate the company contacting me, explaining why the collection was missed, and confirming when the recycling bin will actually be collected. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
Impressive
I was bringing my daughter to school this morning in Leixlip, as we went through the estate we noticed all the bins had been emptied and lined up really nearty outside people's house and gardens. Not just one or two houses, the whole estate! It looked so so well! We were really impressed! To whomever your employees that were on the job this morning a huge thanks and well done from a local resident. It was very much noticed and appreciated! I've never seen the empty bins put back on the path like that!

Really poor on all aspects

I am sure there is a regulator which I'll research tomorrow. Really poor experience so far and I'll probably move my domestic bins now as a result of the dire skip service. Which is not cheap!!!

Skip in driveway for 13 days...
Skip didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to and is now still sitting in the driveway 13 days later.
Have been told it would be collected on all of the last 5 working days, it wasn't.
Received a message yesterday morning saying driver was on way to collect, he/she never arrived.
Customer service agents just constantly saying it will be "tomorrow", terrible delivery/collection service, some agents polite and apologetic, some very rude and blunt.

Great customer service.
Been a customer for years, and have always found the service great. On the few occasions I've had questions I've always got a very quick and polite answer, be it a query about a bill, or collections. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Have been a customer with Allied now for a few years and have to say I am really happy with how efficient they are with waste collection and any time I have had to ring them for a query or make payments or changes the staff in the office are so helpful and friendly and nothing is ever too much for them to help.

Amazing service
Amazing service! Always on time and if they didn’t manage to collect it on the day (extremely rare occurrence), they always recollected within the following 48h if the issue was on their side. They always work very clean too, never littering after collections.

Collection truck passed our house & did not pick up bin
Collection truck passed our house, turned in our estate and exited without picking up our recycling bin. Contacted Allied and they assured me they would contact the driver to return. A 2nd truck arrived and picked up the waste bin but a week later and the recycling bin still remains uncollected. This following a two assurances by Allied staff via phone and email. This isnt the first time this has happened, truly frustrating.
I contacted the company again today. Y email and the response given that there might be an issue with my bin chip, later confirmed not to be the case, and no reason given why repeated promises to get the driver to return last week and a failure to collect the bin today. They did state they would update my account with a small sum (amount not declared). Money is not the issue, just need them to provide the service they’re being paid for and when issues do occur, they’re resolved efficiently (no false promises).
