Wouldn’t recommend. Approached alex.bank for a small loan to fund my solar and battery due to deal with Qantas for frequent flyer points. Was denied (first time ever). To be clear, my (and family income) is strong, with surplus savings month to month, an exceptional credit history, strong cash in the bank and no other loans other than a mortgage and construction in progress. Alex.bank could not explain the reason or provide the ability to review. Approached two other top tier lenders (for comparison), and both approved same day. Selected the best rate and moved on.
