Amazingly helpful and quick
Amazingly helpful and quick! I won’t mind paying the annual fee that can be deducted from my compensation, which is even cheaper than paying for a travel insurance if uour only concerns are delayed/cancelled flight. And the fact that they give you an option whether to become a member or not already shows their sincerity to help.

I believe that the amount been charged should be reduced, it doesn't encourage someone to go through AirHelp, charging abt 35% for service fee for the first claim, it doesn't excite someone to use the channel. Yes, it is good service, i believe it overpaid for 1st claim.

It was a total west
It was a total west, i was supposed to pass through from Nairobi to cayman island through Dubai,sio paulo, panama,to Carman island but when i reached Dubai they refused me to pass even after i had all the documents at hand 😥 they refused me to pass and book me a flight back and now my agent is saying that they might not return the rest of the money that i didn't travel to, it's so very painful, money and time west 😭😭now how will i rebook my ticket and try other route, i asked them if i will get a refund and they said yes then why like this
