This company only cares about MONEY.
This company only cares about getting paid, regardless of what hardships it puts on patients. So, if you have Medicaid, do NOT trust these ppl. I submit the following FACTS for your consideration: I was about a month and a half into getting dentures, a scary process in itself, but my grandma had just passed away and wanting to be able to speak at her memorial, it was very important to me to have everything in place by then, and ERIC knew this from the start, All pre-auths were done and in place, all I had left was to get the molds made so I could have my healing dentures on hand when I got all my extractions done. However, on the DAY OF, I find out they don’t do IV sedation and bc expecting someone to go thru 17 extractions on Novocain alone is cruel and unusual punishment, I simply asked if ERIC could refer me to a place that does IV sedation just for the extractions. So ERIC tells me that no, they would not be willing to make my dentures up front for me to take with me if I wasn’t also going to have my teeth pulled there, too. And the reason for this is bc, and I quote ERIC, “Well, Medicaid has a funny way of not paying us unless we do everything in-house ourselves.” Translation, “we care more about money than what’s best for you.” So here’s the worst part… now I’m back to square one, to where it will be nearly IMPOSSIBLE at this point to have things done before my grandma is laid to rest. And In case you don’t know, unless u have healing dentures placed AT THE SAME TIME as your extractions, you have to spend 6-9 MONTHS completely healing before you can put dentures of any kind in your mouth. ERIC knows this, too. So, thanks for absolutely ruining my chance to speak freely and confidently to an audience of my loved ones about the amazing life of my 91 year old grandma just bc you’re more concerned with getting paid than providing folks with Medicaid the same respect and compassion you treat other patients with, ERIC. Maybe you just shouldn’t accept Medicaid, bc what you’ve done to me is beyond repair and I will be filing a grievance with Anthem, Medicare/Medicaid (D-SNP and SRS), the Attorney General, the ADA and Dental Board of Ohio in the hopes that you’re NEVER allowed to screw someone in my shoes like this again, ERIC. This is clear and obvious discrimination against good American ppl. But don’t you worry, ERIC, I’m just getting started and there are quite a few places for online reviews these days. Y'all have the day you deserve now… especially you, ERIC.
