Absolute shocking experience with ABC, totally out of their depth regarding what type of product to use etc. If you are a design company that wishes to retain clients then do not use them, they promise the earth and deliver nothing. If it was possible to give zero stars then I would.

THIS COMPANY HAS COMPLETELY FKED ME UP. They were supposed to close at 10pm and I arrived at 7pm. Waited for more than three hours, I was the next one and the only customer left but they refused to serve me because they spent ONE HOUR each to serve the two clients before me and because there were only TWO staffs working for walk-in clients (they have more people working on other stuff). The manager with a moustache only told me that I was probably not gonna be served at 9:45pm. I was displeased and shook my head. He went "Did you just shake your head, that's rude."
I then lost it and went "Are you telling me I'm rude after waiting for so long but not being served?" HE'S RIDICULOUS. I have extremely important things to be printed for next day use. I could've gone to another place if they told me to leave way before. THANK YOU.
