This website repost all resources pack, datapack, mods on their website, without credits and updates.

Disputes stolen mods and does not give credit to the original creators. Some downloads contain spyware.

Completely ignore mod licences (actually making it illegal) and steal other peoples work to make money off it.

9Minecraft is a site that illegally steals mods, datapacks, skins etc from the original creators from popular sites like Planet Minecraft and CurseForge. They provide no credit at all and have recently removed the label with the creator’s name. If you want to get good mods, get them from PMC, CurseForge, Modrinth or other sites that are genuine and safe.

9minecraft does the following scummy behaviors:

Steals mods from other people without asking. Not only do they do that, but they make ad revenue from the mods and the creator gets no money from it.

Packages spyware viruses and other harmful programs with their stolen mods.

Pretends to offer versions of mods that don't exist. For example lets say a mod only supports Minecraft 1.12.2 and an unsuspecting kid wants to use it with Minecraft 1.16.5 Naturally they will look up "mod name 1.16.5 download" and look! 9minecraft has a download for that version. Then the kid downloads the mod and when they try to use it with 1.16.5 it will say that the mod is only compatible with 1.12.2 (9minecraft is so lazy that they don't even try to cause something more believable like a game crash or the mod not working. They probably don't know enough about programming to do it anyway since their only job is to steal other peoples work.)

To reiterate, 9minecraft:

Steals work from modders who are probably working in their free time because they are passionate about Minecraft and programming. This is illegal since many mods have copyright that says you may not distribute the mod modified or otherwise without explicit permission from the owner.

Package their mods with spyware and other viruses.

Lie about what versions are supported to clickbait kids.

Make (lots) of ad revenue off of stolen work.

1. These scumbags tricks kids in to downloading all sorts of malware and other junk like spyware.
2. They steal mods from the original mod developers.
3. They pretend that they have mods for the newest versions of minecraft while the just send ju a comming soon or a older renamed file.

Blatantly steal mods from their true authors, fake their own reviews on Google to promote themselves to the top, and claim compatibility with versions as soon as they're out. There are bad people on the internet, then there are these scumbags who let kids download viruses claiming they're 'the best mods they've ever seen'.

DO NOT use 9minecraft, they reupload original content without permission, they also illegaly monetize the downloads for the their own earnings, there is also a high chance of malware bundled with your fake download.

They steal other people's mods and repost them without permission. They also use adfly links sometimes which could display porn ads and trick children into a virus. Do not get anything from 9minecraft. #stopmodreposts
