This company is totally useless and a complete waste of your time. They advertise that they value online and can offer to buy Jewellery, Antique, Art etc. They promote themselves on the premise of providing valuations and no obligation quotes within 20 minutes. I submitted 5 high quality images and a detailed description of 2 high quality rings , both vintage and antique. Right in this companies sweet spot you would think, right? WRONG - After 10 hours ( not 20 minutes ) I got a formulated, template response saying that they do not BUY items of this type. Here are the issues with this:
1. IT TOOK WAY LONGER THAN THE RUBBISH ABOUT 20 MINUTE RESPONSE, AND THEN GOT NOTHING!
2. THEY PROMOTE VALUATIONS AND QUOTES AS THEIR OFFER, BUT THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO BUY THEM...MISLEADING
3. THEY STATE THE ITEMS THEY WOULD VALUE AND OFFER TO BUY AS THOSE EXACTLY AS I SENT, BUT THEY SAID THEY DON'T BUY THESE TYPE OF ITEMS ( BUT WHAT ABOUT MY FREE VALUATION ANYWAY???)

In short this is a company who, in my opinion, are only interested in seeing if they can speculatively short change people for their items. If you know anything at all about the value of your item, they are not interested ....I guess because you would never sell it for a low offer.
You will NOT get a valuation unless they want to buy it.
It is an UTTER WASTE OF TIME....DO NOT BOTHER.

Does not state anywhere that they only sell gold and diamond jewellery!! This needs to be changed on the website

A very missleading company. I wanted to find ways to sell my own artwork and came across this website so I uploaded photos of some paintings to see what the value of them are. I get responce to say we cannot accept them Because we only operate in European countries??? What rubbish when your address is clearly based in London.

I submitted a request for an appraisal for silver bars. They are numbered lol. I bought many years ago. I saw this website and followed directions. The timing said 20 minutes for appraisal. Days later nothing. Finally I check and I simply get a decline.
Extremely sad for a company. Do not list anything with this company as it obviously not legitimate. I went to local business and received a very nice appraisal.
Be wise and look for your best options. It seems this company is looking to purchase items inexpensively and do not adhere to their advertised free appraisal

Really trying to get sold they belong to my great grandfather passed away in need in cash rite now hope to get a good value out of them thank u

Everything is perfect: support, transport and communication. I have some reserve about the vauation of the product. In my expirience they valuated the good in a range of 75 to 150 euro. When they received the good i would like to know how they estimate the definitive price.

I must repeat: A higher price would have been nice, but everything else was perfect. I received a precious gift with my name engraved, but completely useless for me. I received an offer within hours. The transport was perfectly organized and I received the money as fast as I could read my E-mails. Almost incredible.

They offered 100 euro for my Swiss watch that was 1800 euro 18 months ago. The lowest offer I got anywhere. I don't understand how they can get any business this way. Are people that desperate to sell?

I had a few pieces of gold jewellery, which I did not wear at all, and I uploaded it on this website, to be honest i was not entirely sure what to think about it.
But in a couple of minutes, not more the 15 minutes i received a quote. Items was picked up, only had to pack them and print a label.
A couple of days later i received a phone call from a friendly lady, who explained me that the value of one item was changed because the items was a lot lighter then they assumed. At first i was disappointed, but she explained to me everything, and i decided not to sell this item for this lower price, and the ring was sent back to me. No problems at all! For the other items the money was booked in my account quick. I would probably use this service again.

You have a 62 days cooling off period (hence the company name) during which time you can buy back if you choose, just in case you have a change of heart. I can thoroughly recommend 62days to anyone wondering what to do with their unwanted jewellery, silverware or art. Big thumbs up :)
