The bread that is made there should be…

The bread that is made there should be on shelves with labels stating that they are either sandwich loaves or toast loaves. I’m old and disabled but I have to get down to find white sandwich loaves which is not good because of my age and back issues

Height of Incompetence!

I have never in my life expericenced such incompetence! I organized a delivery of Easter chocolates for my niece. I specifically asked that it be left at the downstairs office for her between 9-5. The driver couldn't be bothered to go to the office and gave it to someone in unit 7B out the back. $90 worth of chocolates have been stolen thanks to the driver's incompetence. I called Wollworths to alert them of this, and they said they would resend the order, today I checked the packing list and there is only a quarter of what I ordered, because they say they do not have stock! Whose fault is that??? You stuffed up in the first place so you should ensure that the whole order is delivered not four things!!! Really disgusted and definitely will not be using them again.

Woolworths Like Coles are abusers

Like Coles, Woolworths is on a mission to eradicate employment and replace with tech, they have record profits in a time of financial hardship; they poison us with various methods like bleaching chicken breasts to be more white and wrapping in packaging that secretes harmful chemicals , amongst more:

They rip farmers off and are anti society: time we showed them we can collapse them and go to independent stores.

It’s not convenient when choice is eradicated , help the family businesses not the giant corporations manipulating and abusing us

Poor quality products at Pelican Waters Woolworths and dangerously leaking roof near checkouts

I shopped at Woolworths Pelican Waters yesterday and the previous day I shopped at Woolworths Kawana on the Sunshine Coast. Woolworths Kawana was very well stocked with good quality fruit and veg and clean and tidy, alternatively Woolworths Pelican Waters had water streaming through the ceiling at the front dest next to the self checkouts, the fruit and veg was so old and moldy and not well stocked. It was like shopping at the best and the worst of Woolworths. Pelican Waters Woolworths is well known to be 'the poor cousins' in the shopping chain. The thing is the Southern portion of the Sunshine Coast is under massive expansion and yet Woolworths at Pelican Waters is consistently poorly stocked and with products that are subpar and yet you still pay the same exorbitant prices. The cream I bought went off in 3 days - well before the expiry date, we often have this happen with Milk bought from Pelican Waters. This isn't good enough Woolworths - we deserve to be supplied with the same level of products as any other Woolworths supermarket.
And your staff deserve to work in a safe environment.

Woolworth deliveries going AWAL

We no longer feel secure in receiving our Woolworth deliveries. An increasing number of our recent deliveries have gone to the incorrect address. With GPS this should not happen. Whilst Woolworths give a bot apology and a refund for the "non delivery", they don't appear to take any responsibility for the drivers who make the deliveries. The drivers who have managed to make the delivery to our address,
are pleasant and obviously take their work seriously. Unfortunately, a bot apology and refund does not make for a good delivery service.

1.5 hours before my scheduled online…

1.5 hours before my scheduled online delivery, I received a text saying my order couldn't be fulfilled and would be delivered exactly 24 hours later. Excuse me, WHAT? No explanation, nothing—just a vague message. I eventually found out it was because they were "short-staffed," but honestly, how they thought this was an acceptable excuse is beyond me. I won’t be shopping here again. This is NOT okay.

When the Woolworths in Lawton going to…

When the Woolworths in Lawton going to improve incorrect pricing? Lawton Woolworths has misleading prices. When shopping at Lawton Woolworths, I had to continuously watch the price at the checkouts. Their prices are continuously been different (higher) at the checkouts. When asked to rectify it, the store manager stated that I could take it to the front desk for the price to be changed. I had one young worker to who I explained what the store manager told me to do, he called another young worker, who I needed to explain the reasons why I was at the front service desk check out. I had to go through 4 people to explain that they were overcharging me, just to end up, asking them to charge me the amount that they checkout is showing so I can go home after waiting so long to be served by 4 different people. It is every time I shop there, so Aldi is in the same shopping centre, and I never had to deal with this issue, and I will be shopping in Aldi in the future. Woolworths, you lost me as your customer, and Coles is going to be very soon nearby, so it is going to be better for all of the customers who had to put up with your incorrect pricing and mistreating customers, impolite checkout staff, and by stealing from customersI would like to address the issue of incorrect pricing at the Woolworths store in Lawton. I have consistently experienced misleading prices while shopping there. The prices at the checkout often differ from what is displayed on the shelves, and they are usually higher.

When I brought this to the attention of the store manager, I was told to take the discrepancy to the front desk for correction. Unfortunately, I had to explain the situation to four different staff members before anyone could assist me. After waiting for so long, I simply asked them to charge me the amount shown at the checkout so I could leave.

This has been a repeated issue every time I shop there. In contrast, I've never faced such problems at Aldi, which is located in the same shopping centre. Because of this, I will be choosing to shop at Aldi in the future. Woolworths, you have lost me as a customer, especially with Coles opening nearby. I believe this change will be beneficial for all customers who have endured your incorrect pricing, impolite checkout staff, and overall poor treatment. at the checkouts.

Outsourcing deliveries

If Woolworths are going to outsource their grocery deliveries they should ensure that the drivers can use a GPS or read a street map. Paid $15 for delivery (Coles are as cheap as $2 midweek) and received an SMS from Woolworths stating "Driver is still waiting. Your delivery may be cancelled soon." Driver phoned and it turned out he was not even in the right street!!

Roblox Rewards, the bad Woolworths promotion, and the Lego rip-off called Woolworths Bricks

Woolworths has a couple of bad promotions, one in 2024 and one in the early 2020s, which is a Lego rip-off called Woolworths Bricks so here they are and why these two are the worst promotions ever.

1. Woolworths Bricks, have you ever made a promotion that can be found in a list of rip-offs, well that is where Woolworths Bricks comes in, the promotion of bootleg Lego lets kids create their very own Lego-sized Woolworths supermarket, the 2 trucks and the walls of the supermarket, come separately to the main collection there are over 30 unique parts of the supermarket you can collect and build in your supermarket. However, there is a concern with this idea, that it's a bootleg version of Lego itself and people found out is just better to give kids Legos than the Bricks, because even though it is not environmentally friendly, it is now, not at the time. Don't provide kids with bootleg products, because it was provided to companies to make more bootleg stuff. Woolworths Bricks no, more like Woolworths Has Stolen Lego Products.

2. Roblox Rewards, during a time when Roblox has been more than 13+, Woolworths decided to do the most stupid thing ever, with Roblox Woolworths made the most generic and bland promotion ever. In Roblox Rewards, you just scan your Everyday Rewards and, in the draw, or lottery if you think this is gambling, for a chance to win a share of 100 million Robux. The problem is that 1, the sign is a very bland and generic font, that Woolworths has only used in the last 15 years, which will make people get pulled away from the promotion 2, the amount of Robux that you get is so little, that you will just benefit from just buying them yourself, meaning this promotion is just a waste of space and 3, People are complaining to Woolworths that the promotion must come to an end, due to the amount of horrible people on the platform, but Woolworths does not care about the people and pushed the promotion, to the end.

Did you know that MacDonalds, a fast-food company designed to use the same bootleg Lego bricks for their Happy Meals one year?

Next time I will be talking about the worst Woolworths magazines that they produced.

Senior citizens cannot get delivery.

Woolworths cut back deliveries from 7 days a week to 3 in my area.
Majority of residents are senior citizens but Woolworths don’t care.
Fresh food people what a joke, many of us have been Woolworths customers for over 40 years, heartless Woolworths.

Terrible online checkout again. 20mins after doing online order before system would stop the circling grey dots and bring up my card details so I could actually complete order. Online shopping is a nightmare

Online shopping is a nightmare. Constantly told at checkout that items are now not in stock and need to be replaced. If item is IN YOUR CART it should be IN YOUR CART, you shouldn't have to sprint to the online checkout to ensure purchase. I don't have random customers grab items out of my trolley at the supermarket.

Incompetent Driver - a few drops of rain and the driver refuses to offload, cancels our order!

Two recent online orders were (almost) delivered by an Indian looking gentlemen. Orders #232177691 and #237953293 (Mackay, QLD). It must be part of his culture to not want to get a few drops of rain on his head?
First time: He sat for around 20 to 25 mins in his truck and called to explain that he is not allowed to offload paper bags if it 'rains'. We had to go out to him to convince him that we would carry the bags through the few drops of rain, which WE then did. (He wanted us to bring a car, to offload into the car's boot!?)
Today: The driver arrived, sat in his truck for 5 mins. We had the double doors open and he would be able to see that. The official text said: "Arriving now! ... Please be ready to receive it at your door" (which we did). It was raining softly, we would have been willing to go out again to carry the bags through the soft rain, however the driver did not call or text us.
Rather, he suddenly took off and we later received a text with "regret... extreme weather... unable to supply your order today... our sincerest apologies..." But the truck was parked, all he had to do was face a few drops of rain - or call us and we would have gladly carried the paper bags through the soft rain.
The few drops of rain is a lame excuse and such incompetent drivers should be sacked sooner rather than later if Woolworths wants to save face.
This is VERY frustrating. The goods were paid for, our day's routine was planned around the ingredients which was due to arrive, the truck was parked just a few meters from our doorstep, yet the order was merely cancelled!
