Recommend Withings to all.

From my first and only problem, Withings have been professional, helpful, instructive, and understanding to successfully resolve my problem. I would and do recommend the Withings 2 watch to friends and colleagues.

Body scan 2 is a piece of trash

What an expensive waste of money from a company that can't even answer an email, says it all that there smart tech would have learning disabilities when there a.i chat bot can't even respond most days!
Things to be wary of on your body scan 2!
Skin to cold... doesnt work
Skin to hot... doesnt work
Skin to wet.... doesnt work
Skin to dry.... doesnt work

Not that it will advise you of this, it just won't do it, I'm now going to start the painful process of trying to get my money back,

Make sure you use a credit card with these scammers folks then when they don't reply you can get help from them!

Disappointing watch and experience

Beautiful watch, but disappointing long-term reliability. I really wanted to love this watch. It has a beautiful, classic design, and for almost two years it worked exactly as I expected. The health features were useful, and overall it was a great experience. Then, without changing any settings or usage habits, the battery life suddenly dropped from about one week to less than one day. At the same time, the analog hands began losing synchronization almost every day, which forced me to recalibrate them constantly. I worked with Withings Support for several weeks, followed every troubleshooting step they requested, completed controlled battery tests, and provided detailed photos and documentation. Unfortunately, despite all that, I never received a solution that resolved the issue. In the end, a premium smartwatch that needs to be charged every day and frequently recalibrated simply is not practical to use. It is extremely disappointing that a watch at this price became unusable in less than two years. Sadly, based on my experience, I can no longer recommend either this product or the Withings brand.

Back came off for the second time

For the second time the back has come off my scanwatch. Customer services were an absolute joke. Do not buy the watch looks nice but will fall apart and if you are out of warranty they don't even offer to repair your watch they just offer 30% off a new one

Ordered Bodyscan 2

Ordered Bodyscan 2, order did not ship and when investigated, the product is out of stock even though you can still order online.
When asked when the order will ship, have been told "end of the summer". So basically paid for an item that is not in stock and have no idea as to when will be in stock or shipped. Refund requested but not prcocessed!

Withings has no direct support should…

Withings has no direct support should you ever need it.
There’s a store front but no support not in the app not on the web.
I have a Scan Watch 2 and the supplied strap reacts with my skin causing irritation and would like to purchase the pet woven strap and though listed for sale they have been unavailable to purchase for a long while now.
I would like to know when they are available or other alternatives.

Disappointing experience with Withings.

Disappointing experience with Withings.

I ordered the Body Scan 2 and was given two delivery options at checkout: £15 for delivery within 1–3 days, or free standard delivery within 3–5 days. I selected the free option based on the stated timeframe.

After placing the order, I was then told delivery would actually take 1–2 weeks. This is significantly longer than the timeframe advertised when I placed the order.

Customer service has been extremely unhelpful and has offered no meaningful explanation or resolution. For a premium product, the ordering experience and level of support have been very poor.

Failed Battery -Withings Scanwatch 2

Bought the Withings Scanwatch 2 and was delighted with it for the first two years. Now a couple on months after the warranty has expired the battery life went from 25 days to 10 days to 3 days to less than 1 day and now will not charge at all so absolutely useless !
When spending £320 on a device you expect it is of sufficient quality and will last many years. Customer Support less than helpful and just advised to turn off all functions and then eventually have offered a 30% discount to buy another one. I see I'm not alone with the defected battery issue. PLEASE Withings either change your battery making to someone who is more reliable OR provide the option to return and have a replacement battery fitted. Thank you

Endless troubleshooting demands, now they want a video of us

This is a 2/5 instead of a 1/5 only because of one helpful representative. Incoming two part review:

CURRENT ISSUE ---
My partner and I purchased the Withings Body Scan scale to track both of our body stats. We signed up to Withings+ and started using the scale. I'm able to get all my stats from the scale, but when my partner stands on it - he gets an inconclusive heart reading. It only worked for him once over the 2 weeks we've had it. I contacted support as soon as we noticed the issue.

Here's how the troubleshooting has gone:

First, we were told to do very simple things you'd do on any normal scale - make sure it's clean and on an even surface, stand still, don't talk. Didn't work.

Then we were told to moisten the bottom of his feet and hold the wall instead of the handle. Didn't work.

Then we were told to send them the exact time we got a bad reading. We did that.

They then asked for FIVE consecutive readings - three not holding onto the handle but holding steady against the wall, and two holding onto the handle. We did that.

(Note that they said telling them the times of these inconclusive readings would allow their engineers to diagnose the issue.)

NOW, they're asking us to film ourselves using the scale. A complete violation of privacy and an insulting ask. (Imagine a bidet company asking you to send a video to see if you're using their product properly.) Standing still on a scale is simple, everyone has done it.

They're using this ever-changing "troubleshooting" tactic to wear us down to accept a malfunctioning product. It is apparent that they don't know what is wrong and their "engineers" have no idea how to diagnose the issue and they don't want to admit it.

Avoid at all costs unless you're the only one using it.

PREVIOUS ISSUE ---
Purchased this scale with express shipping (5-7 business days) and got it nearly a month later. Now this is unknown if it was a Withings or Fedex issue but the tracking was never updated from "Waiting to be picked up from warehouse" until it was at my door much later than expected.

Their representative Toni was helpful and attempted to send a replacement that also got stuck in transit somewhere and experienced the same tracking issue. Eventually I did get them both, and need to send one back.

This is the only reason I am not rating 1 star.

The product is wonderful

The product is wonderful. I had to buy a new one as the old one had an electronic fault and stopped reading body fat etc. They gave me 30% off since I was out of warranty but did thorough troubleshooting with me. It was all around a great experience and I got 5 years out of my first purchase. Their app is also great even without subscribing. I will most certainly continue to be a customer.
