I’ve just ordered a very personal gift from here. The website looks good and what they’re offering but the reviews are saying something else. Nearly £40 I paid for this item I’m debating whether to cancel it as it’s a sentimental personal gift for a deceased loved one and also £40 may not seem a lot but I don’t want to waste my money!

Absolutely pathetic and scammers!

Absolutely pathetic and scammers!
It does not even worth zero star, but negative.
I've lost my money, which was paid thru PayPal. PayPal also support this scammers because they get paid by these scammers.
I've stopped using both, PayPal and any online retailers outside Australia.

I would give it a zero but there not an…

I would give it a zero but there not an option. Cheap nothing like what was advertised.
Do not buy!
Received picture with a broken frame.
After going back and forth with customer service lady for a couple weeks she argued with me and only gave me fifty percent refund. The item is broken and it looks ridiculous. Do not buy!
It also took weeks and weeks to receive shipping is slow.
Could not review item before purchasing.

Complete scammers

Complete scammers. The purchased product doesn’t arrive, they take more money than initially advertised and they use your bank details to empty all of your accounts.

The police have been notified.

Great idea, terrible materials.

Although I do love how the item came out, I really wish they would’ve used better quality materials considering the price it was. The cup was threaded differently from the lid. It does not sit in the position where you could comfortably drink it from. It leaks terribly and if not consistently held 100% standing up, it will dribble everywhere. Shipping was a lot longer than expected as well.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE !!

WASTE OF MONEY!!!

YOU WILL REGRET DOING IT!!!

Misleading information by the company ie- Navy Blue - I have their picture and I have the items - In no way are they Navy Blue .
I cannot post pictures here but I will post on YouTube, X, Tic Toc and Facebook.

Another Chinese company with no accountability - no doubt they will respond to this with some odd version of their truth.

Facts are simple I ordered 4 Navy Blue cushions- I did not receive 4 navy blue cushions
They have custom printing on them- so useless to anyone else.

I asked for a refund- sent many pics
They will not admit their misleading information and therefore will not refund my money.
You asked me to contact you again- which I have done - but received no response -as for Trust Pilot asking me to add to my information- once again
The customised cushions are completely wrong colour , the website is very misleading as the Navy Blue colour I ordered is definitely not Navy Blue - they claim it’s the picture quality.
That is deceptive and misleading and I would never have purchased them.

As directed by trust pilot I made contact again with the company- to no avail- They responded saying my ph did not show the colour correctly - I may have placed the order on my ph - but I spent my time looking on a computer and subsequently compared all examples on several different devices.
I would like a full refund for misleading and inaccurate advertising on an item that is customised- they want me to send it back at my expense for 70% refund!!! Items they cannot use and that are incorrect for me
Not good enough!!!

Poor quality. No refund. Bad communication.

I purchased a photo projection necklace for my sister in law when her mum died. The jewellery was fine but the image was covered in marks. My daughter instructed me to gently clean it with a glasses cloth. She had ordered from a different company and that was the instruction. When I did, half the image wiped off. The company offered me an exchange but I refused as I suspect the replacement would be just as poor quality. I asked for a refund (the item was not cheap) and have not heard from them since!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
The company response (below) is clearly generic. They HAVE all the details and photos. They have since offered me a 30% refund and a $10 voucher to use at their online store. They even encouraged me to share it with others. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Received item and quality of photos…

Avoid this business! Cheap and poor quality.

Received item and quality of photos that were printed is appalling. I've requested a refund. Not happy.

Update: They haven't refunded me my money after sending them photos of the poor quality of the item. I am now escalating the matter to the ACCC.

Scammers

Hello, I would like to share my story with other people because I know that it is an issue that has been happening really often here in Canada. I ordered a package for my nephews I got scammed twice. The website was not providing true pictures but when my package arrived it I have footage of the delivery guy stealing my package!!! I would like to share that so other people could pay more attention when ordering things..

1. The goods are delivered to the mailbox address;
2. The goods are signed and accepted by neighbors, friends, front desk, and guard;
3: it may also be signed by the post office.
If none of the above verifications have received the goods, please complain to the local service provider as soon as possible, feedback that the goods have not been received, and provide the complaint record number or the post office will issue a certificate of non-receipt of the goods, so that the service provider can check.
