Downloaded the app to seek a productivity boost, but after signing-up, clicked to add an add-on that did not initially state it was chargeable, and I was charged almost the same as a monthly payment.
I immediately emailed, explained & asked for a refund and was refused, repeatedly. Wisey chose to take £18 over the potential of a year's subscription from a loyal customer... not very wise(y). I haven't used the app as a result, cancelled my subscription and they won't get another penny from me! I'll be going to a competitor that treats potential customers better.
If you choose wisey, make the decision knowing that they care more about revenue than they do about you!!
I would steer well clear of this lot !

Absolutely disgusted with the con that is the Wisey app. Taking advantage of people with vulnerable-minds and organisational challenges!! Exactly what they say it’s meant to help with!! !And yes they can say that I had the Ts and Cs but honestly how many people ever read them!! And in depth!! So I paid the £15.99 for what I thought was a trail and then they’ve been taking £59.99 out of my savings account for the last 8 months!!! I didn’t get on with the app so assumed my month was up. Having contacted customer services they told me it’s in the terms and conditions!!! And even though there was no usage of the app I didn’t qualify for a refund!! They did however first offer me 3 more months access for free, then offered me lifetime access for £5!!! So clearly what all or you members are paying for your subscription is a total ripoff for you too!!!! Because they are happy to give you lifetime acccess for £5 if you make enough fuss but not a penny of the money they’ve taken from you back!! SCANDAL!! RIP OFF!! UNETHICAL!! I SHALL CONTINUE TO SHARE THESE VIEWS ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO HELP ANYONE ELSE FALL INTO THERE TRAP!! Disgusting behaviour from a business, taking advantage of people when there app is one that says it will help people who have difficulty managing tasks and organisation!!! It’s like your luring us vulnerable people inspo you can sneakily take advantage of our impossible minds!!
