Excellent Customer Service!!
I accidentally purchased travel insurance for the wrong dates through the Scoot website. I reached out to the WAS Insurance support team, and Lisa handled my query with exceptional efficiency and professionalism. She was very supportive and promptly initiated a full refund. I was then able to purchase a new policy for the correct travel dates directly through their website. Excellent customer service experience!

Can't speak highly of the team at…
Can't speak highly of the team at Robinassist. Our son was injured in Japan back in December 2024 and had to be transported back to Australia for hospitalisation. After 3 months now our son is recovering well. Thank you to the Medical Team, especially Mel and Sarah, Lindsay plus all the staff who helped organised this stressful situation. Everything was easy speaking with them and will definitely use WAS Insurance again.
