It was a fairly simple process to gain a quote and purchase our (family of 5) travel insurance for our overseas trip. Pricing was very good and they sent individual certificates of insurance for each family member. Highly recommended!

We are yet to travel, however I had needed dates for our upcoming travel adjusted. I had emailed at 830pm and had updated itineraries same night by 930pm.

Customer Service was really amazing.

I was very happy with the help I received prior to purchasing the insurance. After deciding to go ahead it was easy to purchase. The only issue I had was the fact that I could only purchase a single trip domestic policy due to my age. A multi trip would have better suited me.

Very easy to get insured with WAS, prices are fair and good and cheaper than others and you get similar cover , not made any claim this is second time I insured with WAS . I will continue to use was if the price is right thanks

The UI was very intuitive and self explanatory. The insurance policy and all granularities around the claims, eligibilities etc were explained really well on the website.
Given good reviews of WAS insurance, this is my 2nd year and have no issues so far.

This was my first time using WAS Insurance, as I previously used a different insurer. I am beyond ecstatic with the service I received from WAS. On the last week of my trip, I lost a really sentimental bracelet, and 1 day after submitting my claim I received a response. I was liasing with Michael, and he was extremely clear on what he needed from me, and his swift replies allowed me to get everything sorted before leaving the country I was in. After only 3 days of effective back and forth communicating, everything has been sorted and my reimbursement is approved.

The experience with WAS was fantastic until I had a motorbike accident. Despite being advised by the treating orthopaedic specialist not to fly within two weeks because of DVT risk the WAS insurance team declared I was “fit to fly” 3 days after the insistent. I was firm on flying home two weeks post injury as directed by the very competent doctor, WAS said they would not cover costs after the date I was “fit to fly”. The process was messy and it felt like they wanted to stop covering me financially rather than look after me and my health. When I returned my GP was appalled by WAS’ actions

I took travel insurance and my wife got made redundant and could not travel due to interviews at work to fill available roles , Wise would not pay , numerous emails, no sympathy , no interest , just an absolute refusal - do not take this insurance ever , they will not pay . Do not believe all these fake reviews digital marketers post . Scam company

Thank you for having our backs for the USA holiday. Thankfully we didn’t need to make a claim for anything.

First time in 40 years of travel making a claim for theft. WAS Insurance was easy to deal with and responsive. Made a stressful situation less stressful.

We paid the premium that seemed reasonable for our 5 day non refundable trip.
We went on the trip, no mishaps so the company did well but that’s what insurance is for.
