Wholesale garage service 5 star
Wholesale garage was great from the beginning. Easy webpage to order things , email confirmation shortly after for reassurance, then within a week it arrived. Work perfectly. Highly recommend this company

This company delivered the wrong locking mechanism for our door 4 weeks ago - we are still waiting for them to provide clear information about when they will provide the correct part. Our garage is STILL not able to be closed or locked - every time we speak to them - they say another week - then another week - with no resolution in sight - absolutely unprofessional communication and customer service - deeply disappointed in this company
I have to give them a 5 star rating.
Good website
Pretty easy to put in an order.
Good follow-up to make sure I was ordering the correct door.
Delivery was on schedule as indicated.
Delivery driver showed good skills and was very helpful 👌
Pretty happy with the purchase all round.
Thanks
Excellent after market product. 5 years ago our Gliderol door opener packed it in. Manufacturers local agent said the entire door would have to be replaced. After some research, we found a generic opener from WGD. Ordered and delivered promptly. Installed and has been working perfectly. This week one of the remotes failed so after more research, we decided to order the replacement from WGD. Price was competitive for the same product that is comparable to the original supplied with the opener.
I was after a rare part that no one in WA could provide. I was hoping to get it before the weekend as I couldn't use the garage. When ordering I messed up the address. Regardless, they caught my mistake and got it to me express before the weekend. Great service, really appreciative of their help.
Ordered my new remote, it did take a couple of weeks to arrive however was so easy to program! Cheap and easy to use! Highly recommend!!!
Save your money. This company send you a low quality of key and it easy to broken. I got a key for my car and then I asked for refund. I paid for the postage and they stated that they reimburse it but they did not. The funniest thing they convinced you by saying all look Smith using our keys without complaint, yes, because they using the lowest quality!!
I bought a replacement remote. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive - they don’t use tracking.
It arrived without instructions just s card to say check their website. The website had how to set the remote with the main control box. I needed to clone the remote from an existing one which is possible but they did not cover this. I called their support line - what a joke. You get a voice message to send them an email. I sent the email and got no reply.
Paid extra for express and I was told it is a 5-6 day delivery time.
They use Aramex and not Aus Post. When paying for express you are not getting anything faster.
I am in Brisbane - a main metro area
I wished to buy a remote control for a garage. When the item arrived it turned out that Wholesale Garage Doors were charging $27 for small pieces of plastic and two small screws - not the remote at all. I immediately called up to arrange a return. The company took weeks to pay the refund, and when they did it was short by about 20%. I called up and the person on the other end of the phone behaved in what seemed to me a highly suspicious way. He started out by suggesting the difference was shipping, and I reminded him that they have "free shipping" plastered all over their website. He then wanted to know whether I had tracking on my return. I wonder why that was relevant? Was he hoping to suggest they had not received the return? (A bit strange, because then he would have had to explain why they paid anything to me). When I said I had tracking he then tried to suggest that it was appropriate for them to retain 20% because I had made a mistake. I said I did not accept this as they had changed the wording (and picture I might add) on their website because they had realised that there was a problem with the way they were describing their "product". In addition to this I would note that compatible remotes are available on Ebay for well under $20, so $27 would be a reasonable price for an actual remote (not plastic pieces and a couple of screws). The person I spoke with, instead of trying to resolve the problem, quickly became what I certainly consider rude, and indeed, belligerent. He told me to take the matter to the ACCC. Nice company. My advice to others is not to deal with them. Not worth it. I certainly would not touch them again with a barge pole.
