I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of this hoodie and the customer service. It was brand new and only worn once before being washed strictly according to the care instructions. I washed it exactly the same way I wash all of our other White Fox apparel, yet it came out with severe patchy discolouration all over the fabric.
For the price, I expected much better quality and colour fastness. The hoodie is now unwearable, and my daughter is devastated because she absolutely loved it and only got to wear it once.
To make matters worse, customer service refused to assist because the tags had been removed. Of course the tags were removed—we had to remove them so the hoodie could be worn and washed. Expecting customers to keep tags attached before discovering a manufacturing defect after the first wash is unreasonable.
Based on both the poor product quality and the lack of support when an obvious defect occurred, I can’t recommend purchasing from White Fox. I expected a replacement or reimbursement for what appears to be a faulty item, but instead I was left with an expensive hoodie that is ruined after a single wash.
I received a pair of shoes that were faulty, with dents and small marks on them. There was no issue returning these with a free return and full refund.

I ordered a hoodie as a gift and upon confirmation of the order, realized it was for the wrong size. I immediately contacted them to request the order be modified to the correct size. Informed that it would not be handle due to their rapid processing time. I then attempted to cancel the order, but it was rejected. Finally received an email that the order had been canceled and now a store credit was being provided. They are now holding my money hostage and I refuse to promote a retainer like this. Worst experience dealing with this company.
I am so frustrated with white fox customer service. I would ask them questions and send multiple emails and they wouldn’t reply. I was having trouble with my loyalty points, and once I placed another order, the item disappeared from my cart and they said they were unable to add the item and take my points. Then, they ignored my email and processed my order already. Now I’m going to have to return the shorts that I got and then re-order it, and use my my points again to get the free item I wanted. I would be soo angry if the same thing happens where the item disappears from my cart, and I waste more money.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Shocking customer service products are horrible. Asked for a refund after goods returned. Denied refund so basically the have got money for nothing. I will NEVER buy of this company again they are thieves. A store credit is not good enough.
My package was send with fedex it was marked as dilivered but the photo was litteraly my package half in my mailbox while still it can easily be taken by someone while i wasn’t home. I still haven’t had my package now and they won’t help me that’s 75 euro s gone for norhing… worst experience in life!!!

Whitefox should have free returns or at the very least free exchange for another size. It should not be a store credit. It should be a choice of a refund or store credit. They also don't offer the sale price when you need to change the size. If you are going to be an online only store, how do you expect people to get the size correct and not offer free returns. I think I'll stick with places that offer free returns.
their clothing is cute and the sweatshirts, t's and sweatpants are comfortable, however I am hesitant to order anything in the future. Their returns are costly and the website descriptions are inaccurate. I ordered according to sizing charts and some items were AT LEAST 2 sizes too small It is expensive to return things. When I contacted customer support, this was their response: Since our garments come from a variety of designers and suppliers, we’re unable to provide precise measurements for every item.
Therefore, Since they don't do exchanges, I have to still pay to return the item then repurchase and pay for additional shipping since the faulty items were less than $125.
The service I received from Olesya was outstanding. She was efficient, courteous, professional and friendly. She dealt with the query and resolution in amazing turnaround time. Thank you Olesya you are a credit to White fox
