White & Company PLC - Telford Reviews

The team from White and Company’s Telford site have just completed the removal of our house and what a great service. Harry and Dave were exceptional - they were efficient, communicative and very professional. The office staff were also great and responded very quickly to any questions or queries.

Excellent service during a very difficult time. Dan,Simon, Rob and Jordan all very professional, polite and helpful. Arrived on time, nothing too much trouble for them on the day. Alison in the office very kind and and professional. Cant remember the name of the gentleman, who came to do the inventory but also very kind,
Excellent company would highly recommend

Fantastic service took away all the stress of moving. From Alison in the office, Matt who came to visit and quote to Sean, Harry, Jack and Simon who packed and moved everything.
Extremely polite, patient and understanding.
Thank you all!!
I would thoroughly recommend using White and Company

We had Adam Sidaway and Adam Grant come out to pack and collect some furniture we are shipping to our home in Mallorca. They arrived on time and were extremely polite and courteous throughout the whole time they were at my property. Everything was packaged perfectly and they took extra care with some high value antique items.
White & Company also did a house move in Mallorca for us a few years ago and I didn’t hesitate in contacting them again when I needed to ship out more furniture from England.
The communication and organisation throughout the whole process is excellent, I can’t recommend them highly enough and I would definitely use them again in the future.

The first leg of our home move was excellent from start to finish. We dealt with Matthew and Alison who were friendly, knowledge and very helpful. The moving team (Adam S and Adam G) were exceptional. Nothing was to much trouble and they went out of their way to look after our belongings, making the move as seamless as possible - an outstanding team.

These lads(Simon, Harry & Dylan) were very professional and lovely to work with. The atmosphere was very friendly and the job was done on time with lots of professionalism. They deserve a thumbs up 👍🏾.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with the White & Co removal service. From the initial home visit to assess the load, to collection from our home in Baschurch and unloading in Crewe we have been very satisfied with the service from the Telford branch. Matthew gave us a competitive quote and later delivered just the right amount of boxes of varying sizes for us to pack. The removals crew (Simon, Dan and Sean) arrived spot on time on the Tuesday morning and loaded everything without a hitch. The van was ready and waiting for us at the property in Crewe on the Wednesday and Simon and Dan did a sterling job of moving our belongings in – nothing was too much trouble. It is really hard to praise any particular individual but we would award a “man of the match” to Dan for his work ethic and cheerful, helpful manner.

A huge thank you to Alison, David and Jack for making what could have been a very stressful move so much easier.

Alison was incredibly helpful in arranging our booking at short notice, especially given the difficulties surrounding our house sale. Her understanding and willingness to help made a real difference and was greatly appreciated.

When it came to the move itself, we couldn’t have asked for better service from David and Jack. From the moment they arrived, they were punctual, friendly, professional and genuinely engaging. They treated all of our possessions with great care and attention, giving us complete confidence that everything was in safe hands; even our neighbours commented on how hard and relentless they worked to pack and load our house items in 2 days.

What really stood out was their attitude throughout the move. They were incredibly helpful, approachable and went above and beyond what we expected. Nothing seemed like too much trouble and they genuinely cared about making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible for us.

Moving home can be difficult at the best of times and our circumstances made it particularly challenging, but the White & Co team made a real difference. David and Jack are a credit to the company and a great example of what excellent customer service should look like.

An outstanding service from a reliable, professional and genuinely caring team. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alison, David, Jack and the White & Co removals team to anyone looking for a first-class removals service.

My goods were collected by Harry & Andy at Whites, superb lads and a faultless, efficient service. My 3 story flat (no lift) is very tricky with the last set of twisting stairs very steep and narrow but they made it look effortless between the two and had my personal effects professionally wrapped or boxed and on their way in around an hour. Highly recommended.

Whites understood our needs and delivered a great service. They turned up on tine, were polite and respectful of our property. I was very impress with how hard they worked. Well done and thank you to Mark, Dylan and Ad Grant.

White and company did a great job! Great team (Rob Kirkland and Adam Grant) - friendly, professional and did the work to a great speed and quality. Good value. Would definitely use again.

Excellent Service.

Scan and Harry did a wonderful job with our move. They were professional, friendly, punctual, and handled everything with great care. They made what could have been a stressful moving day smooth and hassle-free.

I really appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Scan and Harry to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving team. Great job.

Simon and Harry were friendly, helpful and efficient. They delivered our shipping from NZ.

Great service all round. The Guys moved us from Telford to Sussex with humour and efficiency. Highly recommended.

Service is second to none. Staff including Jack,Bob,Paul and Jordan not forgetting Alison in the office, who is always at the end of the phone to help and guide us.

Arrived on time as agreed, very polite and thorough. They respected our furniture and put it into storage.

Great experience, excellent service. Simon and Dylan turned up and did an awesome job packing up our entire house. They were friendly and professional and totally flexible and understanding in dealing with our needs. They guys did a great job in what felt like a much shorter period of time than you would expect for a whole house to be wrapped up and packed up! Many thanks.

Excellent team. Hardworking, courteous, knew what they were doing.

Dan, Jack and Miles from the Telford team were absolutely brilliant, worked really hard and helped us so much, went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend.

Sean, Dan and Adam were professional hardworking and personable throughout our move. They turned up on time and quickly got everything loaded. There was a delay getting the keys and when they turned up to our new house, we found Severn Trent were digging the road up right outside. They dealt with this obstacle with good humour and we were unloaded quickly. This all happened on 25 June 2026 on the hottest day of the year so far.
