Drivers were helpful and pleasant. Parking was convenient and garage protected. Service was prompt.

Great service

Great service. The team will get you checked in, load it up in the van and get you there quick, easy, and fast least then 20 mins. I can only speak for my trip in September 2023. I can't speak for the busy season. It might take longer but they got it down to a science to try to make it quick, easy, and fast for you. But if you don't want to wait for shuttle van because the line so long you can also take a uber or lyft from the garage to the port to get there faster. Just know your car or truck will be safe in this garage.
