Waited over 2 hours to get picked up after the cruise and never did. End up getting an Uber back to the garage.

The worst experience, it’s a shame
that no one can keep them liable for treating customer like that. 2 hrs wait is not an exaggeration, very true and expected. had to get an Uber both pick up and drop off.

Wish I could leave a negative review. Parked at this lot based on their advertising of security cameras and on site security. No shuttle to be found when I got off ship, so had to walk to parking lot. Called over 25 times with no answer

Likely they were avoiding calls as more than 10 vehicles were broken into, including ours.

Got to my truck and saw driver window smashed. I found there were already police at the lot, and cop confirmed already 10 vehicles broken into, on several levels, and more were damaged.

If you have security how can someone break into so many vehicles on several levels.

Their claim to have good security cannot be trusted, and they ignored all calls that morning, now I know why.

You need to add Amex cards to your payments

Always easy to and from port.

We got off MSC Seascape around 10am and was directed to the end of the terminal to catch the shuttle van. There was a van there already picking up customers. The van was full and the driver told us to wait for the next one. No other van ever showed up. We waited until 11:20 and decided to take a taxi which the driver took the longest and busiest road to get us back. We were very upset and got charged $25 for the ride. While waiting, we saw so many other company vans coming and going to pick up their customers so next trip, we will definitely consider another remote parking. We tried reaching you to you company many times but no one answered their phone

The whole experience is easy, simple and convenient. This was our 2nd time here and it just gets better and better.

Terrible parking option. The company was quick to take my money but never sent the actual parking instructions. Could not get anybody to answer their phone and their mailbox was full so I was unable to leave a message. Ended up having to pay to park at the port as I was unable to use their service. Don’t waste your time booking with these folks.

Nicely managed facility. Easy to enter and exit.
Shuttle service is too slow. If this is improved, there is no reason to not to use this facility.

We found out that the service was quick and easy and the transportation to and from the cruise port was very easy and had good service throughout.

Easy in and out parking process; all charges paid in advance which made it easy.
We wished the shuttle to the cruiseport leaves 2 hours earlier than 11am . That's why we had to take a taxi to get to the port by10am
Advertised rates increased by 50%+ because of excess fess.

Friendly staff

I got a letter from Metropolis with a bill for $30 for parking.
Please correct this because I am using We Park again this week and I do not want another letter from Metropolis.

Exactly as advertised - Every aspect was taken care of. Found the location easily. Parking spot was available. Shuttle van was waiting for me. Quick trip to the cruise ship. Shuttle van arrived within 15 minutes of me disembarking from the cruise ship.

When personal situation prevent you from travelling and you have to cancel days in advance, one would think you would get a refund! But no you are about taking every dollar you take in.
I can assure I will never book with you in the future and will advise others of your policy.

My entire experience went well. From parking, to drop off at the port to pick up at return. There was no delay. Only thing that you should be aware of they do not work with a group of more than 4. I went with my family that’s how I find out but they did not leave us they took us, which was so nice of them.
I would recommend.

The pick up at the port was mad house having to wait long time and having only one bus for transport back to the parking lot had to spend on a ride share to pick up my car.

This will be my second time using them. Affordable and close to the port, friendly staff and the best part is that it’s a multilevel parking garage. Make sure to follow instructions and have everything at hand for easy check in. Considering is in Miami area and it tends to be a tad more expensive it was pretty good, but don’t wait til last minute
