We were moved from our original parking…

We were moved from our original parking lot to the Omni Center parking garage. I was quoted an$84.00 4day parking and was charged $307.00 by Omni parking. I have emailed receipts and quotes for review. I was told my parking went thru a third party and nothing will be refunded ! Never book WePark again!

The staff does not communicate…

The staff does not communicate effectively and often provides inadequate information. We paid for our own transportation to and from the cruise port, because they do NOT have enough shuttles to transport all passengers. I would NOT recommend this company.

Don’t waste your time go somewhere else

We were waiting for over two hours at the airport There was no driver. We had a kid with us. It was torture. we ended up having to take an Uber and every time we call nobody answer the phone. One of the workers at the airport was able to contact them and they keep telling us that they were trying to find a driver the person at the front wouldn’t even speak English how can you work for tourism and not speak English in the USA . This one, not only our experience. This was everyone on that day not a single person was not upset. This company needs some serious work.

It was a great service and very…

It was a great service and very convenient.
I will use it again but the information on the email confirmation wasn't 100% accurate. It ended being not a big deal, they took us to the port and that's what mattered

Nobody likes when prices increase!

Nobody likes when prices increase!! This went up 15.00 more from last year. But other then that we have had nothing but a good experience with this company and transportation is excellent.... Thank you for providing this service and keeping our property safe.

I used WePark a year ago, and had some issues making the reservation, my normal browser does not work well with their website. This time I used Chrome and did not have an issue. And it seems to have updated instructions.
