Scam Alert: Locked out of KYC and told to "just buy another account"!
I purchased an evaluation account (ID: 1165537) with WeMasterTrade. Since my identity documents (KYC) are linked to my primary email, their system flagged my new account as a duplicate and blocked my verification.
I contacted support asking for a manual KYC approval or to transfer my active balance so I could safely trade and withdraw. Their shocking response was literally to tell me: "please purchase on this email address to trade" and buy a whole new account!
This is direct financial extortion. They take your money, block you from verifying your account so you can't request payouts, and then demand that you pay them again for a new account. I have attached the screenshot of their support chat proving this scam behavior.
Stay away from this company! I am immediately filing a chargeback with my bank.

My payout was denied after reaching the profit target – My experience with WeMasterTrade MT5 ID: 1157499

I want to share my experience with WeMasterTrade so that other traders can make an informed decision before purchasing a challenge.

I successfully reached my profit target and submitted a payout request. Instead of receiving my payout, my request was denied, and my account was reset.

The reason given was “Profit Consistency Manipulation.” According to the Risk Team, my overall trade management indicated that I intentionally limited my profits on one day and realized the remaining profits the next day.

I strongly disagree with this conclusion. My trades were managed based on market conditions, not to manipulate daily profit calculations. I requested objective evidence showing how they determined my intent, but I was only told that the decision was final.

Another point traders should understand is that this account does not charge overnight swaps, which naturally encourages many traders to hold positions overnight as part of their trading strategy. In my case, my overnight trade management was later interpreted as a rule violation, resulting in my payout being denied.

This was my experience:

* Profit target achieved.
* Payout request denied.
* Account reset instead of receiving payment.
* Final decision with no further appeal.

Based on my experience, I believe traders should be extremely careful before choosing this firm. Read every rule thoroughly and understand that even if you believe you are managing trades normally, the Risk Team may interpret your trading differently.

In your case, the Risk team identified a pattern where a group of trades using the same strategy were held across multiple trading periods, with profits being realised across different days in a manner that was determined to show signs of influence on Profit Consistency calculations. This assessment considers the overall trade management approach, not the intent behind individual trades.
We understand you disagree with this conclusion, and we acknowledge that holding positions overnight is a natural behaviour on swap-free accounts. However, the concern raised was specifically about how the profit distribution pattern across trading periods aligned with the Profit Consistency rule, rather than the overnight holding itself.
As you have accepted the account reset offered by the Risk team, this payout cycle has been closed and cannot be reopened for further review. Our team will be reaching out to you directly with a more detailed explanation to help you better understand how the rule was applied in your specific case.

They have 1% trade risk rule. This means in account 50.000 dollar if a trade goes against you 500 dollar, They terminate your account after spending long time to pass the two phases evolution They They should put clear in the info table close to profit target . Not hide it

2. The account ID you provided (1166650) is an Instant account registered under a different customer name.

To clarify on the rules you mentioned: an Instant account operates under a 2% Risk Consistency rule per trade — not 1%. The 1% Risk Consistency condition you are referring to applies specifically to Challenge-based funded accounts. Since funded accounts do not have a Profit Consistency rule, the Risk Consistency requirement is in place to help traders manage their risk more effectively and maintain sustainable trading practices.

Importantly, when these funded account conditions are presented upon successfully completing the Challenge phases, you are not obligated to accept them. If you do not agree with the conditions, you have the option to decline the funded account and receive a refund instead.

Submitted for withdrawal but rejected

Submitted for withdrawal but was rejected due to Hedging Violation. They allow hedging but you cannot do it' too much'. What is too much? They showed me 4 set of trade ideas of me hedging and they called it too much. I have no intention of manipulating the markets as what they say, when i saw the price will reverse slightly, i just hedge. Since they allow hedging, use it isn't it? Might as well prohibit the hedging usage, this is better. Why reject my whole withdrawal because of this? They can just deduct the profits that was gained from hedging isn't it? So sad that WMT has become so focused on rejecting withdrawal rather than deducting profits. I am of their veteran traders and been supporting them since the beginning but they have been disappointing when comes to withdrawals. 5 days of hardwork just thrown down the drain. Really ruthless for us genuine traders.

Unprofessional KYC Practices and Data Security Risks – Avoid if you value your privacy!

I am writing this review to warn other traders about my experience with We Master Trade. I purchased a funded account (Account ID: 1161520) 8 days ago.

The company deliberately allows users to purchase accounts before completing KYC, only to create major obstacles afterward to prevent you from using the service. For the past 5 days, my verification status has been stuck on "Pending" on their dashboard, despite my attempts to resolve it through official channels.

The most alarming part is their support team's behavior. Instead of using the secure, automated verification system in the dashboard, their support representatives (via WhatsApp) insisted that I send sensitive personal documents—including my government ID and bank statements—directly to them via chat.

This is highly unprofessional and a massive data security risk. It means your private information ends up stored on the personal phones of their support staff. When I refused to share sensitive data through unencrypted messaging apps, I was met with poor service and constant excuses.

If they make the simple process of KYC this chaotic, unprofessional, and insecure, imagine how they will handle your withdrawal requests. Based on my experience and the patterns I have seen, it appears they will find any excuse to deny payouts.

My demand is simple: either process my verification immediately through your secure dashboard, as a professional company should, or provide a full refund for this account.

I am an experienced trader, and I urge everyone to be cautious. This is not how a regulated or professional fintech company operates.

2. In their response to this review, they lied and claimed they never ask for documents via WhatsApp/Telegram. I have video and photographic evidence that their official support and "promoters" explicitly demand sensitive ID and bank documents through these insecure, personal channels.
3. They are trying to gaslight customers with generic templates instead of addressing the real security risks their platform poses.

They are forcing manual verification outside of their own secure dashboard to avoid accountability. I refuse to expose my private data to their "promoters."

Return my funds immediately. Do not trust this company with your identity or your capital.

UPDATE: After significant pressure and escalation, my account (1161520) has finally been verified through official email channels. However, I maintain my warning regarding their KYC process, as the company still directs users to unofficial channels (WhatsApp/Telegram) for manual verification, which poses a serious security risk for data privacy. I am sharing this update for transparency, but I advise all traders to remain extremely cautious with their personal data when dealing with this firm.

Our team requested that you resubmit the correct documents through the same live chat channel — which is an official, company-operated communication tool, not a personal messaging application. This is our standard KYC support process and has been used consistently across all customers. At no point were you asked to send any documents via WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or any personal account. All communication was conducted exclusively through our official HubSpot-integrated live chat and company email.

3. Regarding the claims made in this review: We must respectfully but firmly reject the following:
+ The suggestion that KYC processing times are indicative of how withdrawal requests will be handled — these are entirely separate processes with different teams and timelines.
+ The claim that WeMasterTrade deliberately creates obstacles based on account purchase status — we apply the same verification process to all customers regardless of the account type purchased.
+ The characterisation of our official live chat as an insecure or personal channel — our live chat is a company-operated platform and does not expose customer data to personal devices of any individual staff member.

4. Regarding the refund request: Our CS team has already reached out to you directly to explain our verification process and assist you further. We remain willing to complete your KYC through our official channels.
