Hi Tu, thank you for sharing your feedback, though we'd like to clarify what happened.

Based on our records, your concern relates to a trade where your stop loss was set at 4380, but the position closed at 4376. Our Risk team reviewed this and confirmed the trade was executed during a period of market volatility — the system filled the order at the next available bid price, which is standard execution behavior during volatile conditions, not a system or technical error.

We understand slippage during fast-moving markets can be frustrating, but this reflects normal market execution, applied the same way across all accounts. If you have further questions about this specific trade, please reach out via wemastertrade.com/report with your account details and our team will assist.

Hi Mohamed, thank you for sharing your feedback.

Based on our records, your account (1186056) was closed on 21 August due to a confirmed Daily Loss violation. To clarify how this was determined: Daily Loss is calculated based on the higher of your starting Balance or starting Equity, minus your Maximum Daily Loss (MDL) limit, setting a minimum Equity threshold. For your account, starting Equity was $24,794.01, with an MDL of $1,250, setting the minimum Equity threshold at $23,544.01. Your account's actual Equity reached $23,523.79, resulting in a Daily Loss of $1,270.22 — exceeding the limit.

We understand this outcome is disappointing, especially given the time and effort invested in your trading. We also stand by our previous assessment regarding your earlier review on slippage, which our Risk team confirmed was standard market execution during a period of volatility, not a system error. Both determinations were made based on system trading data and applied consistently, in line with the rules that apply to all traders.

Detailed Fraud Report: How WeMasterTrade Fabricates Retrospective Violations & Uses Bad Faith Tactics to Refuse Legitimate Payouts

Detailed Fraud Report: How WeMasterTrade Fabricates Retrospective Violations & Uses Bad Faith Tactics to Refuse Legitimate Payouts
Full Case Breakdown & Chronological Timeline:
I am publishing this comprehensive, step-by-step account to alert the entire trading community to the bad-faith mechanisms, technical illiteracy, and illegal retroactive penalties enforced by WeMasterTrade / WeCopy Fintech to deny verified trader payouts.
1. Official Clearance & Absolution by Risk Team (July 15, 2026):
The most critical fact in this entire dispute is that on July 15, 2026, the WeMasterTrade Risk Team explicitly and officially cleared Account ID 1160551 of any rules violations. They conducted a review, approved the account status, and officially absolved it from any suspicion. Under standard brokerage and prop firm regulations, an official clearance from the Risk Team closes all past trading history as settled and compliant.
2. The Retrospective Penalty Trap (Double Jeopardy):
Weeks after officially exonerating the account on July 15, upon my subsequent payout request, WeMasterTrade illegally reopened a settled file. They applied a retroactive penalty using trading data prior to the July 15 clearance date. Re-evaluating a previously cleared and approved account to invent a violation retroactively is a flagrant breach of fair contract terms and basic financial ethics.
3. Moving the Goalposts: Stage-by-Stage Contradictory Excuses:
When I challenged their sudden payout refusal, their support and risk teams panicked and repeatedly changed their narrative within days:
Excuse #1 (Support Agent 1): Claimed the refusal was strictly due to "Group Trading and matching trade intervals" with another account, without offering proof of automated copying.
Excuse #2 (Support Agent 2 - 24 Hours Later): Completely fabricated a new reason, claiming the payout was denied because both accounts were logged into from the "Exact Same Device".
Excuse #3 (The Forced Admission & Pivot): When I demanded technical system logs (Device IDs and MAC addresses) to disprove the "Same Device" lie, WeMasterTrade sent an email explicitly admitting that the two accounts were NOT logged into from the same device. However, to prevent paying out, they immediately pivoted to a third excuse: claiming isolated instances of "Shared Public IPs."
4. Gross Technical Ignorance Regarding CGNAT & Dynamic IPs:
WeMasterTrade attempted to use shared Public IP addresses (41.236.x.x, 156.215.x.x, 196.129.x.x) as their "final proof" of coordinated trading. I provided a formal technical breakdown explaining that these IPs belong to Egyptian telecommunication providers (WE / Telecom Egypt) operating under CGNAT (Carrier-Grade NAT) architecture.
Under CGNAT, mobile and broadband providers dynamically assign the exact same Public IP address to thousands of independent internet subscribers in the same geographical district simultaneously. Using dynamic public ISP IPs as proof of collusion—after already acknowledging that the physical devices were completely different—proves either gross technical incompetence by their Risk Team or a deliberate fraud tactic.
5. Administrative Evasion:
After receiving my irrefutable technical explanation and proof of their July 15 clearance, WeMasterTrade sent a stall email stating they "transferred the statement proof to the relevant team." Shortly after, without providing a single technical counter-argument or explaining why they breached their own July 15 clearance decision, they issued a generic, automated statement: "The decision remains unchanged."
Conclusion & Demands:
WeMasterTrade's behavior is a textbook example of payout denial through:
Violating their own official Risk Clearance (issued July 15, 2026).
Applying retroactive penalties on cleared, settled trading history.
Shifting fake excuses (Group Trading ➔ Same Device ➔ Shared CGNAT IPs).
All original email headers, system logs, screenshots of the July 15 clearance email, and contradictory responses have been preserved and submitted to financial watchdog platforms, Trustpilot, and Forex Peace Army (FPA).
Avoid trading with WeMasterTrade if you expect fair payout execution.

How Can You Trust a Tournament That Can Erase Your Results Without Warning?

Absolutely unacceptable. My tournament progress was wiped out because of a system error.

I am honestly furious about what happened.

On Monday, August 17, I received my tournament account 1186589 and started trading normally. I traded on that account for two full days, built my results, made approximately $2,000 in profit, and participated in the tournament exactly as I was supposed to.

Then this morning, I tried to log in to MT5 and suddenly my account simply stopped working.

I tried again. Same problem. Again. Same problem.

So I went to the official website, opened Tournament to Credentials, and what did I find?

A completely different account.

My original account 1186589 had disappeared and I had been given 1191450 instead.

Two full days of trading. Gone.

My trading history. Gone.

My profit. Gone.

My tournament progress. Gone.

And I am expected to just accept this and start from zero while everyone else continues competing?

Absolutely not.

I contacted support through Discord and was told that the system had deleted my account and created a new one. In other words, this was not something I did. It was not a mistake on my side. It was a problem with their system.

And this is what makes me extremely angry.

Why did the system allow me to trade normally for TWO FULL DAYS?

Why wasn't the account removed on the first day?

Why wasn't it removed on the second day?

Why suddenly today, after I had already spent two days trading and building my tournament results?

I am competing in an international tournament with around 120,000 participants. While everyone else is moving forward, I have been pushed back to ZERO because of something I did not cause.

Imagine spending two full days trading seriously, putting in your time and effort, building approximately in profit, and then waking up the next morning to find out that your account and progress have simply disappeared.

This is not a small inconvenience.

This directly affects my tournament position and puts me at a massive disadvantage against every other participant.

What makes this even worse is that when I contacted support, I was basically told that the system deleted the account and there was nothing they could do. Even the people handling the situation did not initially seem to know how to fix it.

I am extremely disappointed.

I did not violate any rules.

I did not create a duplicate account myself.

I did not ask for a new account.

I did not do anything that should have resulted in my tournament progress being wiped out.

Their system made the mistake, and I am the one paying the price for it.

I don't want a 35% discount on another package. I don't want an apology that simply says "sorry for the inconvenience.

Where is the fairness and freedom in that, then? Does this mean we can say that WeMasterTrade could potentially manipulate accounts and results without the participant even knowing about it?

I want my legitimate trading history and tournament results investigated and restored.

If WeMasterTrade can remove a participant's account after two days of trading without the participant doing anything wrong, then they should also have a proper mechanism to restore that participant's legitimate results.

Right now, I am left with one very simple question:

Why should I lose two days of legitimate work because of a problem on their side?

I joined the tournament to compete fairly. I expect the company running the tournament to provide the same fairness in return.

This entire situation has been extremely frustrating, disappointing, and honestly unacceptable.

Hi, thank you for the detailed account of what happened, and we're sorry for the frustration this has caused.

We want to be upfront: this was a genuine system issue on our end, not something caused by you or any rule violation. Due to a technical error, the tournament account credentials sent to you did not match the account that was actually active on your dashboard — resulting in two different account numbers being associated with your registration. This caused the account you were actively trading on (1186589) to be terminated when the system corrected the mismatch, which is why your progress appeared to disappear.

Our IT team is actively working on this together with our team to restore the data and resolve the account discrepancy. We understand how frustrating it is to lose two days of legitimate trading progress in an active tournament, and we're treating this as a priority.

Please reach out via wemastertrade.com/report with your account details so we can keep you updated directly as this progresses.

Hi Shamim, thank you for sharing your feedback, though we'd like to clarify how Daily Loss is actually calculated for account 1199645.

Daily Loss is based on the higher of your starting Balance or starting Equity, minus your Maximum Daily Loss (MDL) — giving a minimum Equity threshold. For your account: starting Equity was $10,000, with an MDL of $200, setting the minimum Equity threshold at $9,800. Your account's actual Equity reached $9,798.70, resulting in a Daily Loss of $201.3 — just over the $200 limit. This is calculated based on your account's Equity, not solely on stop-loss placement or displayed balance, so it may not always match what appears to have "room left" on the surface.

Our team has already sent you a detailed email with this full breakdown. We understand this is frustrating, especially as a first-time account, and we're happy to clarify further if needed — feel free to reach out via wemastertrade.com/report with your account details.

Very disappointing experience. I traded normally and did not manipulate any trades, yet my entire payout was rejected for alleged “trade manipulation.”

Hi Kishor, thank you for your patience while our team reviewed your case.

To clarify, our Risk team's assessment is not based on isolated interpretation, but on a specific pattern identified in your trading activity. On 12 August 2026, after generating a significant profit from XAUUSD, an additional trade was opened that resulted in a loss along with unusual commission activity. This pattern was assessed as an action taken to reduce the previously realized profit in order to adjust your Profit Consistency ratio — which constitutes a violation of our trading rules. As a result, payout request W000134208 was not approved.

We understand this is disappointing, and we want to be clear this determination is based on the overall pattern of how profits and losses were realized across your trading period — not a single data point taken out of context. Our team has already been in touch with you directly to walk through the evidence and explain the assessment in detail.

Hi Sanjeet, thank you for reaching out, though we'd like to clarify the situation regarding your affiliate withdrawal (CW0116240).
Following review from our Risk team, your withdrawal eligibility did not meet the requirement under our AP Terms & Conditions — specifically, to maintain continuous withdrawal eligibility, an Affiliate Partner must generate at least one new referred customer who spends a minimum of USD 50 on eligible package purchases within any rolling 60-day period. This condition was not met at the time of your request, which is why it has not yet been processed.
This is a standard requirement applied consistently to all Affiliate Partners, not a decision made in response to this review. Our team will be reaching out to you directly to walk through the details and next steps.

Banned Permanently

I have been using this prop firm since 2024 and began receiving regular payouts from late 2025 onwards; however, citing vague reasons, they accused me of violating their rules and permanently banned me, cutting off my access to WMT. WMT does not pay out the full amount due to you; if you request a large payout—specifically totaling $10,000 or more—they only pay out 50% of what you are owed, claiming that a second payout on the same account is required to demonstrate consistency, meaning you do not receive your full entitlement.
And now I am being accused of manipulating my trades; despite having undergone two interviews, they remain skeptical and—without ever confirming the specific violation with me—proceeded to issue a permanent ban. I am disappointed with WMT for failing to explain the infraction that led to this permanent ban. It is possible that they fabricated the accusation of trade manipulation simply because I am a profitable trader.

Hi Neub, thank you for sharing your experience, though we have to respectfully clarify a few points here.

We'd like to highlight that throughout your trading history with WeMasterTrade, you received a total of $17,697.02 in payouts — a clear demonstration of our commitment to honouring legitimate trading activity and paying our traders promptly and in full when the rules are followed. This is the same level of transparency and reliability we extend to every trader on our platform.

However, a thorough and comprehensive review of your trading activity has since identified serious concerns: intentional, coordinated trading behavior conducted in a planned and organized manner across multiple related accounts. Our findings show that this activity was designed to circumvent our internal risk controls and monitoring mechanisms, resulting in risk cycling and an artificial distribution of exposure across accounts. This kind of behavior runs counter to the purpose and spirit of our trading programs and constitutes a material breach of our Terms and Conditions, specifically Section 10 – Termination of Contract, directly undermining WeMasterTrade's risk management framework.

Given the deliberate cooperation between accounts and the clear intent to exploit the structure of our trading environment — which is strictly prohibited — we have taken the following actions, effective immediately:
+ Permanent ban of your customer profile
+ Termination of all services and access under your WeCopyTrade and WeMasterTrade accounts
+ Closure of all trading accounts linked to your profile

This decision is final and non-appealable, made to protect the integrity, fairness, and sustainability of the WeMasterTrade trading environment.

Deposited funds

Deposited funds, made $6,000 in profit, but payout was denied”

I deposited my own funds and successfully grew my account to $6,000 in profit. However, when I requested a payout under the 50/50 profit split agreement, they claimed I had violated their rules — without any clear explanation or evidence. I was never warned during trading, and my performance was profitable. This feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying out legitimate profits. I strongly advise others to be cautious before depositing with this company.

Thank you for your feedback.

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the outcome of your payout request. However, we would like to clarify that your withdrawal was not denied because you were profitable, but because our Risk Team identified violations of Section 10.3 – Trading Interval Restriction during a detailed review of your trading activity.

Specifically, trading records from MT5 accounts 1067692 and 1068610 showed prohibited risk transfer behavior, where positions were opened and closed on one account and then replicated on another within a short period. All related trading activity was thoroughly reviewed and documented before a decision was made.

As a result, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the related accounts were terminated and withdrawal request W000006773 was not approved. This decision was based solely on verified trading data and the application of our published rules.

We understand that this outcome is disappointing. However, maintaining a fair trading environment requires us to apply the same rules consistently to every trader. We remain committed to honoring payouts for all accounts that fully comply with our Terms and Conditions.

If you would like to discuss the findings further, please contact our Support Team, and we will be happy to review the case with you.
