I would advise all brides to AVOID WED2B. In the Dublin store, I was pressured into buying a dress by staff using aggressive sales tactics, actively lying and omitting essential information to force me into a full price sale. WED2B customer service is awful, and the whole experience has been so distressing. Please don't be their next victim.

While at WED2B in Dublin I found two dresses that suit me. After more than 2+ hours in store I could not decide or enthusiastically choose either dress. The staff were insistent that one of the dresses was 'stunning' on me and at one time there were three staff members pushing the sale at once. I was visibly overwhelmed as I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder. My head began to shake, I was sweating and on the verge of tears. The only reason I didn't cry was because my 14 year old niece was there and I didn't want to embarrass myself. I told the staff 'I was beyond making a decision' but they told me if I went home the dresses would likely be gone when I came back. They repeated this statement a number of times during my session. My consultant was getting more and more annoyed with me, especially for not taking any of the extras (belt, veil, veil clip...). I know that their sales tactics and the sense of urgency they created pressured me into the sale and I am devastated that they succeeded in manipulating and deceiving me!

As soon as I got home and had time to reflect, I knew that the way I was treated was wrong. I cried for hours and the following morning discovered online that WED2B has an official 14-day reservation policy. I felt sick. The store staff actively withheld this from me during my visit to force a pull price sale. They undoubtedly saw that I was overwhelmed and took clear advantage of me. Telling me that the dresses would be gone is a deceitful lie, because now I know that I could have reserved one for 14 days. WED2B describes this reservation policy as a 'piece of mind' option which is designed for exactly the situation I was in. I know that I would definitely have taken the 14-day reservation option and I would have been greatly relieved. The WED2B staff deliberately restricted my freedom of choice by withholding it and instead weaponised the trust they had built to manipulate me into a full price purchase.

Their Customer Care Channel states that 'our team should always inform customers about the 14-day reservation option...when trying on wedding dresses'. However, WED2B customer care is defending this by saying information is at the till point and have officially and finally rejected my request for a refund. They expect you to search the till point for hidden policies that directly contradict what the consultants verbally tell you. I trusted them and they completely betrayed me. Buying a wedding dress is supposed to be a joyful and special milestone in one's life, it is not supposed to cause such distress!

On arrival I received a very warm welcome from Jasmine, I immediately felt at ease, the entrance had a luxury feel with the most exquisite display of beautiful wedding gowns. Jasmine was kind caring and professional, we had a chat about my likes and dislikes sitting on a comfy sofa, she was definitely in tune with my needs and found the most gorgeous dresses to try on, also staying later to finalize my purchase. I would recommend wed2be, they've really thought about the needs of a bride and family.

First thing first, I want to say a massive THANK YOU to Sophie at the Norwich Store. Knowing this was my first time trying wedding dresses she made it as smooth and meaningful.

She listen to everything I was saying and made me feel at ease. She made me feel special. Sophie went above and beyond when it came to my vail. Making sure she found the perfect vail for me ( even if it mean was by taking it off a mannequin because it was the last one in store) and when it came to saying yes to my beautiful dress that she found for me she allowed me to spend as much time as I could in it. And have my time in my beautiful Ivana dress.

Honestly I was nervous when I walked in the store, when I walked out I felt soo confident and walking on cloud nine. I’m still smiling and can’t get over the whole experience. Thank you to everyone today

The whole experience was magical. From stepping through the door we were greeted and made to feel special. Josie was amazing throughout trying the dresses. I said yes to my dress! EXCITING!!

I had the best experience at Wed2B Chelmsford today. I worked with Alecia and Alara and they could not have made my day any better. I was incredibly nervous to go wedding dress shopping as a larger lady, and was very nervous about the size of my chest and how I would look in a wedding dress. Alecia and Alara made me feel so special. They were both so helpful and sensitive to my body type. The dress that I chose wasn’t even one that I had pictured myself in, it was chosen by the staff, and I absolutely fell in love. I tried it on three separate times, and Alara never made me feel like I was being a bother. Her ability to tie a corset is amazing! I cannot thank them enough for making me feel how I felt today, thank you ladies!

I cant tell ypu how amazing it was fr the moment I stepped foot through the doors to the moment we left! We were greeted by Kelis who had a huge smile and instantly put me at ease. Im not a tiny lady but a 14/16 afyer a big weightloss and was worried about sizing but it was perfect she talked us through the process, we were left to chooses some dresses. Then were taken to the dressing room. Again she told me the process and we got to it. Kelis was full of compliments and made sure I was comfortable if I had any questions each time I tried a dress or moved around. She was happy to take pictures for me and I even tried a dress on again so I could ring my mum.
So I would highly recommend wed2b for any anxious bride!
And the pricing was veryyy good!

I went to the store looking for a dress with an idea of what I was looking for and Ella has been amazing at finding me the perfect dress! She showed me many other options to make sure I would get the full experience until I finally choose the one I felt in love with.

A better experience than I could’ve ever imagined! After a terrible situation with a previous boutique, I went in not feeling super hopeful and stressed with the lack of time before my wedding. However - left with “the” dress after only trying on 4 different options! With the help of Maisey - who is super patient, calming and attentive! In fact all staff were amazing! I can’t recommend them enough :)

I visited the Rotherham store on Sat 15th August and felt very welcomed by Rachel firstly who got me checked in. She was lovely to chat to and advised me on everything to expect. I then spent a couple of hours with Layla trying on dresses and had a fabulous time! She asked me what I wanted and pulled dresses that matched my vision, but she definitely knew better and picked the perfect dress for me which was the complete opposite to what I wanted but it was perfect! There was a mild hiccup with being overcharged by mistake but this was rectified super quickly with no trouble at all. I also called the customer services later in the day as I couldn’t locate some optional sleeves I purchased, but they were in the bag in a secret spot I hadn’t checked haha. Rachel then called me back personally to double check I’d found them. Thank you for everything! X

Absolutely loved the experience, all the ladies who worked there were so lovely and welcoming. The girl who did my consultation was amazing unfortunately can’t remember her name but deserves so much credit, listened to every idea and detail I mentioned of what I would like my dress to look like. She made me feel so comfortable with my experience. I said yes to the dress very happy!

It was my first day going wedding dress shopping and when I arrived here I felt instantly at ease , the atmosphere was lovely and I felt calm, it was clean and airy , I had ruby helping me out today and she was absolutely fantastic! She knew exactly what I wanted ! I said yes to the dress ! X

Sophie was amazing, extremely patient and settled me as I was quite nervous. I explained what I was thinking and within 2 dresses I had found the 1!
The store is very spacious and cool and such a big selection.
Prices are incredible too, if you’re getting married I would highly recommend using wed2be.

Whilst I absolutely love my dress I feel the consultants were continually steering me towards the higher end of the dress price bracket. Requests were made three times to try on a dress but this didn't happen, Be aware there are additional costs for storage boxes, dress bag and coat hanger which we weren’t aware of. That said I have the most beautiful dress that wasn’t on my list to try. It’s perfect.

The girls in the Norwich shop were fantastic. Really knowledgeable about all of their stock & designs and made our day of wedding dress shopping a truly memorable one.
They were really helpful with suggestions & ideas.
I would thoroughly recommend their services.

Kathleen at the Fleetwood store could not have been more wonderful! I hadn't tried on any wedding dresses before and was quite nervous, but Kathleen understood what I was looking for immediately! She was charming, cheerful and kind, as well as providing lots of tips and pointing out things we may not have considered when it came to seamstresses and alterations. Thank you so much Kathleen xxx

I had the most amazing and relaxing experience with Wed2B Bristol, Millie was incredible and made me feel so calm and chose an amazing selection of dresses for me to try! 💕
