We have had such a great experience…

We have had such a great experience with WAG. Went from boarding our dogs, to cancelling and taking a chance on the WAG app. Definitely well worth it. Our dogs were in the comfort of their home and our WAG visitors were amazing! Shout out to Mari for taking the early morning shifts during the Christmas holidays.

Best experience with pet sitting thus far. I was on the fence about using Wag at first but after seeing how easy it was to contact sitters and schedule services, I would never change to a different app.

Best thing I did

Best thing I did was put myself and my dog. Pysch therapy dog, on Wag. While I recover from a hip surgery! I feel very happy with everyone here and very thankful to wag!

I am a dog care professional

I am a dog care professional. 1400 5 star stays. Was interested in WAG. BUT you cannot get a hold of a human for customer or sitter support. That is NOT professional. Dogs are fabulous. They also can need assitance. WAG has no human customer service. There is NO way to contact them, They clearly are NOT dog people.

Problem Resolved -

Update: Wag! has graciously agreed to rectify the issue of charging me unknowingly for a Premium Subscription and will be issuing a refund. I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 4 star as a result. Note to those reading this. If you have a Premium Subscription, you can’t just stop using the service, you have to request a cancellation ahead of the renewal date or within 3 days of the charge.

The walkers I used through Wag! historically were great HOWEVER I haven’t used the service since April 2025 and found out that Wag on November 18th charged my credit card $120 without my knowledge for an annual Premium Subscription. And won’t refund me because I didn’t discover the charge within 3 days of the charge hitting my credit card! And how would I have been able to do that when I don’t receive my monthly statement for November charges until December 15th! I only discovered the charge when I was verifying something else and said what is this charge for? I haven’t used a dog walker in 8 months! Absolute rip-off artists and they rip off their dog walkers too paying them a fraction of the money they are charging per walk.

I became disabled about a year ago and…

I became disabled about a year ago and couldn't walk my dogs like I previously could. That shifted the task to my wife...who then got cancer. Wag REALLY took the pressure off of us while she's been recovering. Each of our walkers have been such a pleasure to interact with, while providing a loving experience for our dogs.

The ABSOLUTE worst!

The ABSOLUTE worst!! The hold they put on your account when you are considering one of their services is not a hold. The money is removed from your account before you decide on anything. It’s called STEALING!! There is never anyone to speak to either, you email someone who either has scripts to go by or it’s AI generated or a person in their 20s who was told exactly what to say. I strongly suggest that you do not use this service EVER!!
