It’s such a convenience to be able to have great walkers take your precious dogs out for a walk with a peace of mind. The website is so easy to navigate and the time is super fast to receive available walkers.

The rating is for the company, not the walkers. Walkers were great but asking for assistance from the company is ridiculous. I had two different walkers show up today and I only had one booked (obviously). But I was billed immediately for everything. I kept requesting help from chat (AI) but that was useless. I could go on but it would take too long. Unfortunately, I’m booked for the week with the walker, who was great, but won’t be using them again.

Wag is great. I had surgery and I needed my dog walk twice a day. Everyone that took the requests were great. The app needs work. But overall, the experience was great. I would recommend.

We’ve been so lucky to find a dog walker that Canelo has bonded with. He is always on time and when he gets here Canelo is always excited to see Adrian. Canelo is very high energy So Adria. Implements a light jog into their routine. My dog comes back nice and tires and ready for play time later in the day with me.

I signed on for Wag! wellness plans for my puppies. I have two puppies, so I signed each one of them up for individual gold plans. After they had their first wellness checks, I submitted separate claims for each of them. I received separate email responses for each claim stating I would be reimbursed in "as little as 1-3 business days." That was over two weeks ago. They were supposed to send the money to my PayPal account. I provided the email address associated with my PayPal account on the claim form. When I didn't receive a payment in over two weeks, I tried to contact customer support and could not find a phone number. I replied to the email and it bounced back with a failure notice. The only customer support was a chat bot which was not helpful. It just shot back a copy of the info which is already on the website. When I asked how to contact customer support, It just shot me an automated form asking for my contact info and a description of my complaint and assigning a ticket number. After I submitted my information, I got an email stating my request had been received and someone would contact me. Then I got an email from someone on the support team saying she thought my request had been handled already. NO, IT WAS NOT HANDLED! IF IT HAD BEEN HANDLED, I WOULDN'T HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE FIRST PLACE. She said she would send the request to their dedicated team and follow up. Yeah, right. I'm beginning to think it is just a scam. It seems like a huge run around, since there is no way to contact a real person and the only way to receive payment is through PayPal. I pay the monthly premiums with a credit card, but there is no option to get reimbursed to my original form of payment. I didn't know that until I filed my first claims. If I cancel the policy, I will be charged a fee. I read the fine print before I signed on, which states that if you cancel your policy before a year is up, you will be charged a pro rated fee. Looking back now, that policy seems suspect to me. I have a payment due soon and two more claims to submit. I am reluctant to submit any new claims, since I still haven't been paid for the previous ones. When I signed into my account using the Wag! app, there was no way to check the status of my claim. There is a wellness section on the " My Account" page that does not show that I'm signed on for the plan, does not show payment history, claim history, or claim status. The only thing it shows is a form to fill out to get quotes to compare different pet insurance plans. None of it seems professional or legitimate. I have signed on for other wellness plans and pet insurance providers who allow you to communicate with a real person, provide real contact information, and keep all your records in an easily accessible portal online. Other providers won't slam you with a fee if you cancel your policy. Given my experience, I can't recommend the wellness plan. I can't speak to their walking or boarding services, since I haven't tried either one. I am really disappointed in their customer service, which so far has been virtually non existent. I hope someone from Wag! reads this review and reaches out to resolve the problem. I think I just got swindled. I hope no one else does.

My pup’s dog walker, Lucy is outstanding from Wags! She is caring, fun, gives him a nice walk every time. Frankie LOVES going on his walks with her. This company is trustworthy and allows for flexibility.

The Wag! sitter did not perform the duties we paid for or follow any directions, and was in fact not at the house at all during times she was supposed to be. The service even showed up as not scheduled /cancelled at one point, with the sitter telling me she was still there. This resulted in my dogs being left alone, getting injured, my house being trashed, and an emergency vet visit totaling almost $1000. Wag! Listed it as canceled, then the sitter basically pretended to be here, then wasn’t, then charged me AFTER I opened a dispute.

Walkers can cancel after the walk was suppose to start and Wag will do nothing to make up for the poor service. Wag followed up and clearly didn’t understand my issue.
