I wad very disappointed but the customer service did a great job
I am very disappointed. I made a reservation last month. After the trip, I was supposed to get my deposit back. Now. It’s been more than 3 weeks and I cannot get my deposit back. I made a lot of call, mail. Nothing happen. It s very unpleasant and frustrating.
Finally, Vrbo helped me to get back my deposit. The problem was the host. Thanks to the customer service

VRBO agents were very understanding and professional and eventually refunded the charge .

We had issues with the place we stayed…
We had issues with the place we stayed as it was totally not clean. To be honest it was gross. VRBO helped some but in the end we didn’t get much of a refund. I will be hard pressed to stay at a VRBO again. The place we stayed was rated as a 9.0 which really makes a person question the reviews.
