This company is not reliable. Communication and customer service are bad. I received my order with 25% of the items (4 products) missing, without any communication or even a delivery note. The shipping was fast but without any notification or tracking information.
After asking customer service about the missing items, I received an one sentence reply that the best option would be a refund. No explanation, no apology. Since my answer (2 emails on Tu 21.7) I have not heard from them. No refund, no answer.

Excellent selection and fast delivery. Customer support is truly helpful.All questions were resolved via email.

Terrible Inventory Management and Phone Service
Very disappointing experience.

Poor Stock Management: I was notified that an item was unavailable twelve days after placing the order. The website does not reflect actual stock levels. If the item is out of stock, it should not be sold. The unavailability notification was unacceptably late.

Deficient Customer Service: When contacting them by phone, the service was abrupt, unpleasant, and unprofessional. The attitude of the staff at the main store was regrettable.

Resolution (Positive Point): Following my complaint, a full refund for the order has been confirmed.

I strongly recommend that the company urgently review its stock processes and provide training to its telephone staff. Online efficiency is worthless without good management and professional human interaction.

Never had any dealings with this company and they shouldn't have my details, but they have somehow got my email address and are bombarding me with phishing emails about Tesco Clubcard scams.
