Quick free delivery, with an offer price. This cordless hedge trimmer has 2 batteries with sufficient charge to do my lengthy hedges.
The trimmer is a quality robust build and light weight also weight distribution is excellent making it easy to use.
Very pleased with is purchasr and overall experience.

Complaint regarding its condition on arrival.

I understand that minor damage can occasionally occur during transit; however, the condition of several parts of this item is extremely disappointing and, in places, renders the product unusable. I have attached photographs showing the issues in detail.

1: Significant damage to the back rest, which will require replacement as it is not usable.
2: Damage and staining to the table top, which is very noticeable.
3 & 4: Scratches and heavy indentations to additional back rests.
5: Damage and cracking to the metal on a weight-bearing section of another back rest. I am concerned this may fail during use as the metal now appears weakened.

The recycling bins are as described and arrived on time.

Really disappointed on receiving my order. Clearly the box had been opening before and the garden umbrella shoved back inside after being used. Even had dirt on it. Quite frankly appalled that a company would send out products in such terrible condition. And to sell as new is completely unacceptable.

The original product had a fault, however, the team provided me with a return label and I was able to get it swapped easily enough. The hedge trimmer works fine now.

Ordered a power tiller on next day delivery, Received three delivery windows from Evri over the next week and stayed in for all three. One week later Evri delivered a portable plastic greenhouse !
Even the delivery driver laughed as he had been told to leave it in our safe place - the greenhouse.

Rubbish customer service , was sent a mower whithout a battery , i contacted there customer service nothing back , after contacting them on facebook they replied and got battery few days later , mower worked great

l have only just had it fixed up on the wall,so only used it once last night.Everything seems fine at the moment and much easier to use than a normal hose.

Easy to find and purchase the items you need. Lots of products. All good value items. Bought a new hedge trimmer and it's very good, one of the cheapest 40v trimmers I found and it works so well. Compared to the one I was using it made me feel like I'd been using a broken trimmer all this time! Definitely recommend the hedge trimmer if you have a lot of hedges, made light work of the bushes. Fast delivery, ordered on the Thursday evening late at night and did not expect next day delivery to be delivered on the weekend as stated but it arrived on the Saturday.

I have ordered a strimmer expecting nextday delivery and it’s been almost a week no info. I have emailed the customer care but no reply . They have no phone number to contact . Money has been take from my account . Pls don’t order anything from this company .

Ordered a scarifier and aerating machine for my lawn on Thursday 7th May. Received confirmation it had been shipped. On Friday it hadnt shown up. I checked tracking and said the parcel was with EVRI but too big so would be shipped on larger vehicle on Saturday. On Saturday I checked progress and tracker said item was being returned to sender! I contacted Vonhaus customer service on Saturday with an email (no phone number) and have heard nothing back despite claim of response in 24 hours. I have chased again this morning. I was supposed to use it at the weekend so very disappointed. I cannot understand why Evri and Vonhaus cannot deliver a simple parcel - its not their first time. Worst - they have not even responded to my question 48 hours later. My order number is #VH001183520 if you VonHaus customer service see this message
