My G-Series Cordless Pole Hedge Trimmer is just what I needed to more safely trim bushes that I could previously only reach from a step ladder. It was helpfully and accurately described on the website and keenly priced. It was delivered promptly and reasonably easy to set up/adjust and use.

I am neurodivergent and order the wrong size screen got cms and inches mixed up at first they accepted my mistake and was happy for me to return for a full refund. I have tried over the last six weeks to return the parcel which is too big to go in my car. I tried to use their preferred courier EVRI who did not collect on four occasions, I contacted them direct and they arranged for another courier company to collect and we’re going to charge £9.99 which I was happy to pay and the courier didn’t collect on the agreed day😡 I will never buy from this company again and willing place the pulldown project screen on eBay for free just to get rid of it.

I loved this desk riser. It was easy to put together and really sturdy. It’s a smooth transition from standing to seated, I swap throughout the day. This desk riser has changed the way I work for the better. I love standing during meetings and I can feel myself correcting my posture and strengthening my muscles already! I’d definitely recommend this product which I thought was excellent value for money.

Order the Alba set went to put it up all the parts are there, BUT!!! thrre are holes missing in the frames to attach the main pieces together, requested a replacement and a pickup, customer service have been terrible 5 days and still ko idea what's going on!!
Its alright replying back on trust pilot saying it will all be sorted still no collection still no refund still no sincer apology the customer service are shocking, the delivery firm XDP messaged saying be thrre tomorrow never arrived no contact to apologise. Just a shambles for both companies.

I was impressed with both the design and the high quality of manufacture. Also the additional sharpening tools.

Of course, this is the year 2026. So it's no surprise to learn that although the design is in Manchester, manufacture is outsourced to China.

I ordered a garden seat but you sent a pair of van loading ramps.

Easy to order. I was skeptical about a vacuum at this price point, but the VonHaus is fantastic value for money. The suction is top-tier and it handles both carpets and hard floors with ease. It’s compact but don't let that fool you.. it's easy to empty, and outperforms much more expensive models I’ve owned in the past. Highly recommend for anyone on a budget who doesn't want to sacrifice performance.

Leaf blower. Extremely disappointing!!!
Battery doesn’t last long ☹️ and the blowing power is very poor. Unfortunately a waste of £££ ☹️
