Super fast delivery especially at Xmas. Saw item in their sale and it was delivered within 2 days.
Item was 5 tier shelving unit, put together without screws etc.
Has been installed in our new garden shed. It was easy to assemble and is better than 2 similar units we ordered from another company last year. The unit is very useful for storing garden tools,plant good etc.

Terrible customer service. My hedge trimmer died within 2 months or purchase. I was offered a replacement without having to return the original but when I asked if this replacement would come with a guarantee I received no direct answer to the question & was then asked to return the hedgetrimmer via Evri for a refund. This required me to pay for postage which I should not have to do to return a faulty item. Despite over a week of emails backwards & forwards with me requesting a prepaid postage label I still have not received a direct response; seems like a standard reply rather than a person actually reading my request. So unhappy with VonHaus

Bought bbq . Upon inspection discovered that 2 parts were damaged. Contacted customer service 3 times asking for replacement with no resolution for nearly a week. No tel number to contact them
And no response to emails.. z

Customer service is non-existent and order never arrived! They don’t have a telephone number so you can’t actually speak to someone, and they do not respond when you raise a ticket! First time buying from here and won’t waste our time again. Now waiting to see how long it takes ro get a refund.

Only putting a one star review as can't put zero.
Never answer any point of contact after buying from there ebay store.
6 days later and a very heavy wrong item delivered as was out could not refuse .
No help and would Not!! Recommend.as its to hard and time consuming to sort anything out please please stay away.

I browsed all websites for cast iron frying pans for my keto diet cooking but they were highly priced. I found VonHaus offer and ordered a set of 3 frying pans at unbelievable prices. They delivered very quickly. High quality product and packed with care with full instructions. I'm ordering more products from this site. Thanks VonHaus.

The items were great. Packaging or maybe delivery was not so great. A metal bar was bent and one of the shelf boards was damaged on the corner and across the middle.
I do not personally think it had anything to do with production of it.
One screw hole was missing in a metal frame piece so had to drill a hole in.

Horrendous !!!! Do not buy from the website as there is no customer service / contact point / accountability if something goes wrong. I have spent over two weeks emailing back and forth with Lester who it feels like has been deliberately obtuse.
When I first contacted them they were extremely helpful offering to send a replacement and collect the broken one. I’ve explained several times clearly the situation. They obviously haven’t read the email as replies saying the situation has been rectified. It hasn’t. I still have a broken parasol after two uses. No replacement and no way to contact anyone. £160 down the drain. V disappointed.

This was easy to order and arrived quickly.
I needed something to haul my craft fair items around, and this was really handy. It was so light and easy to pull. Good size. Love the way it folds up with its own cover when not in use. Will be using it a lot though. Going to try it for camping kit on my next trip.

Bloody awful. Ordered good through b&q. Courier lost it, Vonhaus response just along the lines of 'go away and wait a bit more' This is over a week later from ordering with the "2 day" delivery window.

Over £100 down and they can't be bothered with me.

I received my pole chainsaw in good time and it looks a sturdy piece of kit. But, there was no Allen key included, there should have been. It is advertised as being able to cut branches up to 14 feet above, as the total extended length, including cutting head is 7ft.4" and I am 5ft.8" I may well struggle to achieve this cutting height. Time will tell.
