Sox and Service are Worthless

I recently purchased compression socks and I made sure I read the sizes correctly. But once they arrived I wasn't able to get them on. I sent them back requesting a full refund. I didn't get a full refund. There was no info on their website stating the shipping costs from them would not be refunded. Yet I paid for the shipping costs for them to be returned. THEIR SERVICE IS AWFUL. THEIR COMMUNICATION IS IN DIRE NEED OF RETRAINING! THE SOX ARE NOT USEFUL! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE OR THEIR PRODUCTS TO ANYONE!
