I've been using virtual shield for over 7 years i been very happy with using it, The customer service is excellent. I spoke to two excellent members of the customer service team, Shelly who was able to help me with my issue with updating my payment setup. And Amanda who was very help with setting up my upgraded plan. I have never seen this type of service anywhere else, I'm so happy with everything.

My renewal is coming up in 2 days but I'm a little short on what my payment would have been. So I was going to down grade for finance issue. Amanda explained about the discount and that I would be able to continue with the ultimate level. Amanda also helped me change my payment method. I'm so glad she was able to help me. A very nice gentleman named Thomas O had helped me with my query. I was going to cancel my subscription when Thomas had offered me a better deal. I decided to take up the special offer. On my previous subscription I had paid an certain amount of monies. Thomas had recommended that I go on my new subscription and he'll refund me the difference for which I am most grateful for.

VirtualShield tricked my elderly mother-in-law into paying $132 for a subscription to a service she doesn’t need. She’s not tech-savvy, doesn’t have a computer, and she’s easily confused so she is a perfect target for scammers. We had to open a fraud case and get the bank to reverse the charge and send her a new debit card. This is not the first time (and I’m sure it won’t be the last) that a company preying on the elderly succeeds when they find her.
