I used several different suppliers for my bathroom building project and I can very happily say that Virtualbathrooms excelled. I only wish I'd used them for more items. From the very moment I placed my order to the delivery of the toilet, they were communicative, polite and more helpful than I could have anticipated. They let me get on with my full-time job and liaised with my builder whilst keeping me informed at every stage. That kind of service is rare and I was very grateful. Thank you.

I bought a bath and a bath panel from Virtual Bathrooms and was amazed at the level of service. I phoned prior to placing my order to get a bit of advice, not only did I get excellent friendly, patient and polite advice - the salesperson even rang me back the next day to see if I needed any more help.
After I'd placed the order he rang me again to advise that I hadn't ordered the correct bath panel so this was easily rectified. I was able to get the items delivered really quickly on a day of my choice free of charge and they arrived really well packaged and in pristine condition.
My 5 star rating is absolutely genuine and really well deserved - I've had John Lewis service at ebay prices!

Wasn't sure which bath panels I needed, rang Virtual Bathrooms up and they were so helpful, bent over backwards to make sure I got the right thing. Good value and really quick delivery. Altogether a very pleasant experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Wanted a good quality cloakroom suite but on a limited budget. Virtual bathrooms had just what we wanted at a much better price than elsewhere on the internet. In fact we paid very little more than an inferior suite would have cost elsewhere. They kept us up-to-date with the order process and when a part of the suite was temporarily out of stock were prepared to foot the extra cost of sending the items in two deliveries. Customer support was very good. Would recommend without reservation.

Ordered toilet and sink with Pedestal on 14th may website staed exstock.. could have gone to B&Q and picked up same day but feeling lazy so went for the delivered to door option. Recieved email some days later saying sorry but the toilet wasnt in stock but I would reciev by 26th of may.. wife going barmy because bathroom not finished.. Now had phone call saying i should have delivery by next friday the 6th of june... wont hold my breath... i dont look good in Blue. ! Awful service3, and not really convinced that i will get my delivery next friday... Should have gone to B&Q,

I got my bath from Vitual Bathrooms, at a very competitive price. It was delivered promptly along with a free waste/overflow/filler of high value. I had a problem with the filler (no fault of VIrtual Bathrooms) and they went to great lengths to assist and bring the problem to very satisfactory and swift conclusion.

I would definitely recommend Virtual Bathrooms as a very dependable supplier.

From the first time I contacted the company through to delivery they provided great customer service. In particular they had a lot of patience with me as I was unsure of exactly what I needed and they helped me through all the technical side of things to choose the right products which are fab!
