Excellent service

Excellent service, would not hesitate to buy from this company again. Easy to order, very helpful when I contacted them. Competitive price and very good delivery.

Come to Virtual Bathrooms first.

I had a difficult experience with another bathroom supplier, long queues at customer service phone number, stock control issues and broken promises.
Finally I cancelled their order and came to Virtual Bathrooms. I should have come to them first. The person I phoned obviously knew what he was talking about, and was extremely helpful. As a result in 24 hours I had received the item I needed.

Nice product although we have not …

Nice product although we have not installed it yet so I cant comment on how it works.

I wish there was a better description of the product on the website. Luckily we got what we wanted when we received the product
however it wasn't clear from the information provided on the website that the light was sensor operated and exactly where the sensor was located on the product.

Also, it would have been nice to be notified about the exact delivery date. All I got was a call from the driver on the day when I wasn't at home and then to be told that he wouldn't / couldn't deliver it the next day. Luckily he was able to deliver to a neighbor.

Avoid like the plague

Ordered bath panel on their website and paid the 9 quid or so delivery calculated when I put in my postcode. They phoned me 2 days later to say their website was wrong and the actual cost was another 129 quid on a 100 quid bath panel and unless I paid it they wouldn't deliver. Absolutely useless bunch. Ordered from another company for less money and free delivery. Only gave one star as none wasn't an option.

I'm so sorry you had such a negative experience from Virtual Bathrooms. There was a glitch in our website which meant the wrong delivery cost was calculated when you put in your postcode. As you are based in Ireland it wouldn't have been viable for us, as a young, growing business, to ship the bath panel to you at the low delivery cost.

We do apologise profusely for the mix up and please rest assured the website will be amended to ensure we don't make the same mistake again.

very good

Very good service , but need to know that different items ie.manerfacture 's
get delivered differently .
also the wall hung toilet I ordered come with seat in one box .so you need to change this on your website as it make you add the seat of your choice
now I have two seats

Honest Advice, outstanding Service, Great price!

Wasn't sure whether to give this company my business after some of the mixed recent reviews. So please that I made the call. I spoke to Daniel who put my mind at rest, explaining the plip was down to a company restructure.

He gave me honest advice, outstanding courtious services and at a price I couldnt beat anywhere else.

Order was delivered on the day stated and in perfect condition.

Couldn't rate them highly enough.

Delayed delivery

Delivery was stated as 2-3 working days. I ordered Tuesday and expected it by Friday. We had to make repeated phone calls chasing up the following Monday/Tuesday. We were promised calls back which didn't happen so had to repeatedly ring ourselves. It arrived 7 days after order

A Gem of a find

Amongst the countless rift of faceless websites all claiming to have stock But never answer the phone Vitual bathrooms were the complete opposite.

Goods arrived damaged

Goods arrived about 6 days after they were bought initially as the sink was "instock " , nope they had to wait on it coming into their stock from another supplier. So it finally arrived but the sink is split in two, tried calling both their numbers which both just ring through to a call hub that no longer handles their calls, tried emailing / their Facebook page but still nothing .

I honestly think they are nothing but thieves and wouldn't touch them with a ten foot barge pole

Great value but very poor communication

We found their prices to be very competitive - in fact cheaper than we could find anywhere and with free delivery. We received an immediate order confirmation (this was a Monday) which said 2 to 3 working days for delivery. By the following Monday we'd heard nothing more. We repeatedly phoned but got only an answerphone and despite leaving a message got no callback. We also emailed and again received no reply. By this time I was beginning to get worried but eventually found another phone number and managed to speak to someone who said they'd ring me straight back. After an hour I called again to be told an item was out of stock and they were waiting for the supplier to ring back. The following day I was expecting a phone call from them to advise me when the items would be delivered but low and behold they were actually delivered. So, actually I'm very happy that I received the goods at a very good price but I just wish it had been with better communication.

My experience of purchasing a shower tray.

This company were one of the few that can supply a 700 x 700mm shower tray. They have their own delivery drivers which is much better as other couriers that have delivered have dumped off broken or damaged goods. Overall, very pleased.
