They do not reply answer emails. It would be very unwise to buy from a company that has such an incredibly poor level of customer service.

Terrible in every way
Terrible in every way. Don't touch their Zoostorm products. It's their brand (although they'll act like it isn't), had a few AiO's in a row that had issues - faulty network ports etc. Cheap nasty crap, really bad quality.
Sent back one AiO, got it replaced for the replacement to have a faulty network port.
Their attitude was that 'well there can't be an issue with 2 devices in a row'. Well, there was. Terrible distie on multiple levels, far better options are out there.
