Great experience , check in/check out was quick and easy thanks to Kiara and Erica . Due to our flight delay they held on to our car for us to collect the next morning which was so helpful . Would reccomend , lovely staff , clean cars .

I had a terrible experience at this location during a late-night pick-up with four ladies. The staff member at the counter—a relatively young man compared to our age—was incredibly rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. He even mocked the address on my ID, making unnecessary and sarcastic comments about it.When we asked to pay for the rental with one card and use the credit card solely for the security deposit, he refused without a valid explanation. He also flat out refused to add a second driver to the rental agreement, repeatedly claiming that "the contract is already made," even though nothing had been signed yet. Instead of explaining the policy, he just kept aggressively asking if we understood. When we insisted on a proper explanation, he condescendingly told us to "calm down or get out."To make matters worse, he didn't even bother to come outside to show us the car or check its condition, while the rental company next door was doing exactly that for their customers. This young agent lacks basic manners and treated us with absolute disrespect. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free experience!

Very good car service - I would recommend

I booked a Kia Picanto for a roadtrip in Puglia. It was a good car for me as I don’t like to drive on narrow streets with bigger cars.
Good experience with the team, easy check-in and check-out, good value for money. They do tell you to take pictures of the car when you do the check-in and I did well to do it as they wanted to know if a small indentation was there before I took the car.

We had a very unpleasant experience with this car rental company. The man who handled our reservation was impatient, rude, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the experience was just as unpleasant during the drop-off, where he was again unhelpful and disrespectful. We expected a much more professional and courteous service. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto negativa con questa compagnia di autonoleggio. L’uomo che si è occupato della nostra prenotazione è stato impaziente, scortese e poco professionale. Purtroppo, anche al momento della riconsegna dell’auto il suo comportamento è stato altrettanto sgradevole e poco rispettoso. Ci aspettavamo un servizio molto più professionale e cortese. In base alla nostra esperienza, non ci sentiamo di raccomandare questa compagnia.
