Jordan was very communicative. He listened to me and kept me informed each step of the way. Despite a significant time zone difference he stayed up late and followed up in morning as needed. He has a kind demeanor that is a pleasure to work with. Jordan was knowledgeable about the company for the prospective position which was very beneficial.

The Verbatim team was great. Jasmine was my primary contact but during her holiday Fionnuala picked right up without missing a beat. After several years at the same company, It was time for me to search for a new job. When I started the process, several recruiters contacted me, but the best recruiting company was verbatim. They were the few ones that really showed interest on me getting the position, with continuous follow-up calls and emails. Great part o this was thanks to Mona, the best recruiter I have worked with by far, I can't thank her enough, for beeing so kind and profesional.

I recently applied for a US role through Verbatim and was lucky enough to get to work with Roya during the recruitment process. It was my first time using a recruiter instead of working directly with the company’s HR department, and the only expectations I had were the negative ones I read about on LinkedIn or from listening to other people’s experiences. So, I decided to put all of that out of my head and, instead, go into the process with the following understanding: her job was to place me at the company for which she was recruiting, and my job was to make sure the role I selected was the right one for me and my current situation. So, when Roya would ask me somewhat probing questions about the other opportunities I was entertaining, I knew she was just doing her job - gathering intel to highlight why her job would be more appealing. From my perspective, though, these questions got me thinking about what was truly important to me about my next role. So, while I was guarded in my answers (not to give too much away!), I feel that Roya and I were working together throughout the process. She gave me the space I needed while waiting for results from other interviews and was never pushy. Overall, it was a very positive experience. When I had to tell Roya that I accepted another offer, her congratulatory message was sincere, and she stayed true to her word that ultimately our goal during this process was to find the right role for me. I would highly recommend Roya to any colleague looking for a new position and would gladly work with her again.

The company outsources payroll to the county of work. They do not define client requirements specifically and they attempt to fix their mistakes as they evolve.
