Bought the item online and waited for…
Bought the item online and waited for over a week without any correspondence. I contacted Venus to query my order and was told that whilst they could see that I had purchased something they couldn't see what it was because their order system has crashed over the new year so asked that I sent a screenshot of my purchase. I sent a screenshot and was then informed that my item was out of stock. Not great.

What I got was totally different from what I ordered. They put original Karo Light Soap photos on their website, and then sent me a different one entirely. That's cheating.

Value for money
My nearest afro shop is 10+ miles away, so with petrol prices rising the £4.99 delivery fee is great value! The items are also reasonably priced along with a speedy delivery. I have used 3 times & will continue to use.
