I orders 2 beds for my kids birthday as a present. And ir was first showed than the delivery is between 4-6 days. Than almost 2 weeks later its shown that delivery is berween 23.02-01.03. I texted them and send emails. No respond. I get 1 answer via whats up that my delivery is between 23.02-01.03. Thats it. Now already for almost 4 days im still trying to reach this company, there is no updates and nothing regarding my order till now without any success. Its more than 600€ purches what i made. And 2 unhappy kids, who waited for birthday present.

Our metal table was delivered partly rusted
We bought a nice metal coffee table. It is delivered in a nice package. Unfortunately, we notice some rusted parts upon delivery. We reported that in their website and sent them photos, asked for a replacement. However, we have not received any response yet after one week. I tried to contact them through chat and whatsaap to ask for a replacement but still no feedback received! We are not satisfied with the customer service and there is no support to solve the problem. Bad experience so far and do not recommend.
I am still waiting and if I receive any feedback, will update it here.
Update: I have received a feedback to get a new table. I have changed it to 5 star considering their support in solving our issue.

How I Tried to Buy a Billiard Table
In early August, I ordered and paid for a convertible billiard table. The estimated production date was early November, and delivery was set for mid-November. We waited.
At the beginning of November, I checked my account and saw that the table had been made and passed on for delivery. Great, so it should arrive soon. A week went by. Silence. I contacted customer support: “Why wasn’t it delivered? Has the delivery service contacted you? Check your text messages, check your spam folder—they will message you!”
Another week passed. Still no delivery. Support said: “Let’s spell out your email address letter by letter. The address is correct, they’ll write to you. Just wait.” Another week went by. Then they said, “We’re sorry, the logistics department is having issues. We apologize again. We can deliver your table in 7–8 weeks.”
I don’t know what kind of problems the logistics department could have with delivering a made-to-order product. The only explanation I can think of is that multiple orders were placed for the same table, and mine was sent to someone else by mistake, so now my delivery is delayed.
In the end, I paid for my order on August 9, and got my money back on December 13. It was impossible to cancel the order by email, through my account, or on WhatsApp. I had to call their phone support, and that was not easy—no one would answer. The WhatsApp support didn’t work at all; they never replied.
Do I recommend this company? Only if you want to feel like the surveyor in Kafka’s “The Castle.” You’ll be surrounded by polite people who try to help, but everything always goes wrong. My advice is not to buy anything from them. It feels like they’re not really selling anything, but rather borrowing your money.

They delivered a couch that cannot be assembled, and when I requested a replacement, they promised it would be delivered within 3 weeks. Now, I’ve been waiting for over 3 months, and they are not responding to my emails or calls.
I strongly advise against buying from them; they literally scammed me.

From my personal experience: If you are unlucky in the chat with the operator, if your request was ignored or your problem was treated inattentively, do not despair! - you just need to wait until the chat operator Veronica or Pablo appears on the line! - they will not transfer you from one operator to another and ask the same stupid questions every time, they are conscientious, attentive, will always find the right solution and will not leave you alone with your problem. Thank you for being there, Pablo and Veronica! I wish Vente-Unique had more employees like them.

I have ordered 5 items but cancelled 2 of them due to late delivery. couldn't get connected to customer support after trying on each platform for the refund. No one is picking up the call and not replying to whatsapp. Have no idea now how to get in touch with their team to get the refund processed.

I didn't give 5 stars because the product came with a little part damaged. In the front drawer, so I will be looking at that now :( and the delivery guys didn't deliver at my door because he said he was in hurry and couldn't go down a few steps. Btw, I paid for room delivery.

I ordered a couch. After 6 weeks they informed me that they couldn’t deliver this color. Then I ordered it in an others color(that was their solution)After 10 days they delivered the 2 from 3 boxes. No one knows where is the 3 box. Almost 2 months and still no couch. Their costumer service was not always friendly and they didn’t offer any solution. That’s not a serious shop. NEVER AGAIN

Upon checking the photos we cannot establish whether the small scratches are a consequence of mishandling during assembling or not.

Broken article without refund or return possibility.
We ordered a chair and it was delivered damaged. Things like this can always happen, but of course I wanted to return the broken article and get my money back as is my right. Unfortunately they denied me to return the broken item, even though it was well within the 30 days that are advertised on the website.
Don't buy anything from this company. If it goes right the first time, you are lucky, if it doesn't go right you are left without any help or refunds.

Incompetence
I can’t recommend to order there at all. We tried to get a nice table and delivery time was approx 3 weeks. Now over 6 weeks waiting the table is still not delivered!
After several times calling and asking it was finally send a week ago via gls with 2 parcels. We received 3 days ago only one small parcel and are still waiting now for the final one. This is stored at the gls depot due to oversize and only can be released from vente unique due to a confirmation. It’s unbelievable service, called 2 times already was promised will be handled directly, but nothing. Replying to emails takes days/weeks and when you call it’s quite unfriendly.
It would be great if you can resolve this issue now asap ….
Update: email concerning when the table will be delivered was answered after 3 days and to my reply email I never received an answer from you.
It’s incredible that only with a bad review you receive a very fast response and it seems someone is working on the issue which is now already since 3 days and I need to be in daily contact. I hope gls will deliver tomorrow and sad you need to place a negative review to receive support as the phone support is honestly very bad and unfriendly (besides one call).

I recieved two goed koop bon because the two orders from one, I recieved was damaged and two big plates from a kast and tv meubel was broken in some parts
and cracked in other parts.
I orderd a hoge buffetkast with the bon of €350 and the price was 320 so 30 € here I
lost, then I paid €100 for delivery . I
recieved a kast with a very low quality after a long time straight from China and
not well painted some parts damaged! They accepted to being a new one after
two months and the second one was worse than the first one! So I asked for
refund and surprisingly I found the same
kast in Vida XL €100 cheaper and free delivery!!! Can you imagine? Just €200
more than the other company. They don't
care about the quality and when something goes wrong by their product they don't solve the problem they just
try to cover it. I had written a complain before in this page and gave one star then they called so many times and asked to change my review and star!!!!
And the best part for refund, I recieved €113 I think with an impolite manner of the person who replied my mail!
They have no respect for customers and think only for their advantages.
Most stuff you recieve are broken or damaged and then they offer you bon or
