Hello!
First of all, let us express our regret for your situation. The market drawdown on October 10-11 affected a record number of people.
At the same time, we should note that the best, safest bot will not be able to avoid liquidation if it is not provided with the necessary funds to support the position. The concept of a "Safe strategy" includes not only bot settings and locks on the platform, but also consideration of the mechanics of futures trading, knowledge of how and when liquidation is triggered.
The condition for setting up a lock is that a bot stopped with an error releases the lock slot and another bot can open a trade. Most often, this happens at the moment of drawdown due to a lack of margin (when the user has not provided sufficient margin to support positions). This is where we see this sad effect, when bots one by one open deals on an account where there is already a shortage of funds, and exacerbate the problem.
If there are no errors in the bots, and there is enough balance in the drawdown for all the bots, then the lock works as it should, as we observe. Otherwise we would receive hundreds of complaints every day.
Specifically, on October 10 and 11, we recorded a huge number of successful deals completed by our bots - statistics for each day are available in the Telegram community group.
The methodology for calculating the required balance to support the bot is available in our help system (Wiki), we kindly ask all our users to study it and use it.
We wish you successful and safe trading in the future!
