Envio equivocado de mercadoria
A Vector Optics me enviou pelos correios de forma equivocada a encomenda postal NA670924715BR, vinculando ao meu CPF. Já solicitei a empresa que entrasse em contato com os correios e/ou aduana brasileira para que solicitasse a devolução dessa mercadoria à China, mas até o momento não obtive resposta concreta. A empresa foi extremante irresponsavel porque já contatei diversas vezes eles e não fazem questão de resolver essa pendência.

oplichters hou rekening met absoluut geen garantie..
In april 2021 kreeg ik mijn Taurus 5-30x56FFP Riflescope binnen.
Helaas zaten er wat mankementen aan en na wat heen en weer gemail heb ik de scope retour gestuurd geheel volgens de instructies van vector optics.
Voor wat ik er nu van begrijp ligt de scope bij hun douane en willen zij hem niet inklaren ivm de kosten.
Om een lang verhaal kort te maken ik heb geen scope en geen geld, en natuurlijk reageert het bedrijf nu met allerlei smoesjes zoals dat ze opeens niet meer weten waar het over gaat.
Inmiddels heb ik het opgegeven en ga ik na iedere reclame mail van VectorOptics een review schrijven op de diverse forums heb ik al gewaarschuwd voor deze handelswijze.
