As a previous customer of Vector cloud, we noticed after a change in team and ownership that we weren’t receiving emails from certain companies. It turns out the new management was blocking competitors emails without our knowledge or consent, preventing us in some cases receiving legitimate communications.

We also had suspicions our email was being monitored to see if we were shopping around as if we had a meeting from a competitor of theirs, we’d receive a random call out with the norm asking how things were.

To top it all off, they sent an email to us to say they had a data breach, which isn’t exactly comforting being supposed cyber security experts!

Glad we went elsewhere for our IT support as I couldn’t even tell you what our account manager looked like.

Due to the above, vector had actually breached their contract with us and we moved to another provider without much resistance.

Its no surprise the good reviews are from some time ago. Avoid if you value your company and clients data privacy.

An innovative company that is sure to make waves in the future and excellent customer care, they take your IT problems personally and making sure the job required is effectively done. I highly recommend Vectorcloud as they implement triple bottom line sustainable management of your IT issues

Friendly, professional and very quick to solve the problem

Knew exactly what I needed and how to sort it out. Did it immediately and I was able to get working straight away.

VectorCloud provided excellent support when we switched internet provider, despite the issue being with our new ISP they were on-site and dealing with our ISP directly as it was well above our technical knowledge and ability. If it hadn't been for VectorCloud's help and support I doubt we would have had our internet back up and running the same day.

Great Service
Our network was recently updated and the changeover was perfect with our new system functioning perfectly and securely backing up our data. The helpdesk are excellent solving issues almost immediately.

Mark came out to help us recently with the installation of some hardware and all went well. VectorCloud continues to deliver first class customer service.
