have used v5 in Norwich on a few occasions I cannot speak highly enough of this company everything everytime I have borrowed has clearly explained when I have contacted the office with any queries they have been dealt with promptly the owner and office staff truly do know the meaning of excellent customer service

Trying to get a loan these days can be hard. V5 solutions are quick friendly and non judgemental. They treat you like a person during the quick and easy process. No anonymous computers just good old fashioned people service. I'd happily use again.

Have been of great help....but the missed payment letters u a pain...even when u pay over the amount....ie...12 quid to pay...u pay 15 every week...miss one payment and u get a 9 quid letter...this needs addressing....but overall very good service

I contacted V5 Solutions last night on their website and was immediately kept up to date with the process of my loan.
They were very helpful when I spoke to them on the phone and every part of the process was explained to me.
Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful.
As a result my loan was completed in less than 24 hours.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Have used V5 Solutions twice now for short term loans secured on my vehicle.

Excellent service, everything is responded to and arranged quickly. A representative came to fill in the paperwork the next day and the money was in my account about an hour later.

I was not able to produce certain documents needed so I was very pleased with the response that I could show alternatives. Visit to my home was at my convenience and with a very friendly, no pressure agent. Everything was explained very well and the paperwork is written in a simple understandable way not a load of jargon.

Used twice and would use again if I needed to. Recommended - as long as you know you can pay it back
