SOME PAIN

IT WAS TWO WEEKS THIS PAST THURSDAY THAT I WAS TAKING FOUR PILLS A DAY. TWO IN AM AND TWO AT PM. STILL HAVE SOME PAIN. NOT SURE IF IT WILL ALL GO AWAY AS WE SHALL SEE.

Honest review.

I have her taking Arthro7 for over a year now. It works wonderfully on orthopedic issues suffered on board ship in navy.

Worst service

They wanna charge you for money back guarantee also. Paid for shipping and even if their product didn't work I have to pay return shipping too.

Arthro-7

I had surgery on my shoulder a couple years ago and have had pain ever since, although it is not as severe as before the surgery. I gave Arthro-7 a try. The testimonies were true. I followed the instructions and within 2 weeks the pain was significantly better. Not only that, about a week after I received it, I received a call from a customer representative who said he would be my contact for any questions and future orders. He gave me his direct line.

No change

I agree with everything the doctor said in the infomercial. Those treatments are ineffective and may have serious side effects. Unfortunately, there is no change with almost 2 weeks of front loading.
The delivery system for the cream with a rollerball. Biofreeze and Sombra have this as a method. Sombra works better on joint pain. I would have thought lidocaine would have helped. Very expensive product to act like a placebo.

does not work

I was told when I called the 1-800 number to order this product. The method that it would help me by the operator but everything he said has not turned out to be true I purchased 6 of the product because I got a family discount in a couple of weeks I have not seen no improvement 0 to be honest in the product I had to go back to latitudes to help me go to the bathroom. I had so much hope in this product $200 down the drain the promises and the way he made it sound it would start working in 7 to 10 days I've been on it now since the 4th of January almost 11 days now and it seems like I have never ever even started it after I eat dinner I take 2 capsules the recommended dos and I drink 16 ounce glass of water and just to make sure there's enough liquid I drink another glass of water through the whole day I choose to drink water over anything else I drink a lot of water over to gallons for the last 4 years so it can't be the water issue I get up in the morning and I'm back to the same old message of hoping and praying something will happen today after a couple of hours I go to a laxative and then I have to wait another 2 hours for that to work maybe other people get better results but in my case it's been disappointing very very disappointing maybe I should point out as I explained to the representative when I place my order. I take medications as it is it's fine on the box I wait over an hour to two hours to take any kind of medication to give it that start to start working I still believe something will come out of this but I really gave up I'm still continuing it I have to give it a full month because I opened one of six boxes and the old saying is if you don't put 100% into something you may not get 100% out of it

Very Satisfied

I have only been using the Biotix Plus and Multi-Enzyme products for a few days and have already noticed improvement in my digestive functions - no more abdominal pain and cramping, which has been a problem for a long time.

Great service

Delivery time was great, follow up by rep was impressive. However, after 1 month, I am not sure I see any difference in my arthritis symptoms.

Also, the product is very expensive.

Good brand!

I bought Arthro 7 for my parents, they lived in Canada , they are over 80 years old , this product really works for them. I am so glad to see them every summer at Las Vegas. Thanks for the company!

Unacceptable customer service regarding the refund I stil have not received.

My rep, Sean, said he would process my request for a refund of $255.84 as the ordered was cancelled and Sean put in another order which was charged to my credit card. Sean stated it would take approx. 2 weeks to receive check for refund. I received both charged orders, waited another week, still no check (approx. 3 weeks after requesting same from Sean). I called customer service and after explaining the situation about 3 times, the rep finally told me no refund had been requested by Sean, but he would request one for me and in approx. another 2 weeks I should have the check. Apparently Sean is more concerned with selling your products, then he is in finishing the job properly, by requesting my refund. Because of this, it is unlikely I'll reorder any further supplements from your company.
