Top service and Nice bike.

I was disappointed by the length of time between order and dispatch, it indicated it would be dispacted very quickly, when in fact it wasn't. The bike was as described, albeit damaged, which I maintain was there before dispatch although the company said it must have happened in transit, although theyprovided a solution, it was not realistic for me. Once dispatched the delivery company kept me informed

Good delivery service and price.

The purchase process was easy. Communication excellent the bike was incredibly well packaged and arrived on time with good tracking. It did take me 3 hours to unpack and set it up. The bike was like new. Rides and runs great very satisfied. But two issues: when shopping I gave my height as 5’7”. The bike is at the absolute upper limit for me. Fine when riding but the cross bar hits me at stops and starts. I can live with it but it’s not ideal. 2nd the release for the battery cover is ineffective. It doesn’t release the cover from the retractable pin enough Need to very carefully use a thin bladed pry pry bar to release the case.

Upway has Great Customer Service! I was on the fence about spending over $6K on my dream bike, but after Kirk in Sales Support texted me and was able to save me a little more money, it was a done deal. The only hiccup was the "handover" process for my Specialized Comp 4 Alloy was done, so I had to take it to a bike shop to update the software. A few people from the Support kept checking in on me and reimbursed me for the fee I had to pay to the bike shop. I'm SUPER Happy with the bike and got a great price. I will buy from and recommend Upway to all my friends. Very Happy with this company as they treat their customers right :)

I am 76,I have dealt with thousands of companies selling products in my life, and Upway is at the top of my experiences. I just think they are 100% for you, the customer, and a bad deal would upset them probably more than you. The bike was what i hoped for, This is the only way i could have afforded the bike I purchased, The Riese and Müller charger 4

Upway has met our expectations with the quality of the bikes and maintenance support. We had a recent issue that we were simply asked to bring the bike to our local bike repair shop (since we live in San Diego) where we were reimbursed for the work.

I had some troubles with my bike, but Upway immediately fixed it and gave me a refund. Their support team is really efficient and very friendly. My next bike will be from Upway as well.

All very clear and straightforward. Delivered on time, well presented, very easy to assemble the final bits of the bike (pedals and straightening the handlebar).

The bike is like they discribe it. Don't feel disapointed. The battery keep its promise. I am very happy of this purchase.

Ease of getting a quote and pick up at the home. Price seemed fair.

Very much straight forward. Very serious. They evaluate the bike you would like to sell and if everything ok you get the payment straight on your account one week later.

I purchased two e-bikes on Upway in April, 2026. These are my first experience shopping for e-bikes and it was a really positive experience. Upway provides lots of good information about e-bikes in general along with specific details about individual e-bikes they sell. Shipping cost was reasonable, packing was excellent and delivery well done. I purchased the second bike a few days after the first and both were shipped to my work address. Upway flagged the second purchase as suspicious so I had to do a video call to verify the purchase. The customer service person I spoke with was very cool and apologetic for the need to verify the purchase. I appreciate the fact that Upway does have safeguards in place for monitoring payment account activity. The two bikes I found were great prices, the descriptions were spot on, and the assembly process was super easy. I would recommend buying an e-bike to anyone who is looking for one.
