Unvault is Real! They paid almost double what I was previously offered by other buyers. They are a very professional and responsive team. No issues. No worries. A very interesting experience. I was paid within a week of shipping my jewelry to them. They told me what everything was valued at and I sold 4 items and they shipped back the 2 items that I wished to keep. No pressure ever, just a great way to sell jewelry while getting a fair price!

Not sure how this company is highly rated. They are a complete scam. I have to get lawyers involved. They are refusing to send back my $9000 worth of jewelry

I have never tried to sell anything online, and was hesitant to send jewelry by mail, but the process was SO EASY and I literally had money in my account 5 days after sending. The valuation was accurate and the platform fee is fair; this was just money sitting in my closet from single earrings and broken chains that I had not worn in years. I have already sent a second set for valuation and I would encourage others to do the same. Incredibly prompt, responsive and I can see how they have earned their BBB rating!

Easy selling experience and good payout price.

Unvault made selling my jewelry fast and easy. They communicated through out the whole process. I needed to send them a email and got a very quick response. If I decide to sell more jewelry in the future I will definitely be coming back to them. They received my jewelry on a Friday and I had payment sent on Monday. I honestly couldn't believe they got to it that quickly. Most companies take their time I figured it would be a week or more for the entire process I was absolutely amazed at how fast they get it done. Thank you Unvault team.

I had a great experience using Unvault to sell my wedding ring set and an additional ring. To be honest, I don’t even remember exactly how I found them; it may have been through a Google AI search or Instagram but I’m really grateful that I did.
The process was incredibly simple. I just took pictures of the jewelry, added descriptions based on what I knew (metal type, number of diamonds, etc.), and uploaded an insurance document I had for the rings. Based on that information, they gave me an estimated value right away.
Once I decided to move forward, they sent me a prepaid shipping label. I dropped the package off at FedEx (through my local Walgreens), got a receipt, and the package arrived to them in about two days. Shortly after, they emailed me to confirm they received it and sent a video of the unboxing. I really appreciated this step—they showed everything I sent, weighed the items on a scale, and took measurements. It made the process feel very transparent and trustworthy.
The best part was that the final value actually came in higher than the estimate. My initial estimate was around $900, but after evaluation it came out to about $1,200. There was a $250 service fee that I didn’t fully realize beforehand (I probably should have read the fine print a little more closely), but even after the fee I still received about $1,020, which was more than I expected.
Once I accepted the offer, they sent me a link to enter my bank information, and the money was deposited into my account the next morning. The entire process from submitting my jewelry to receiving payment took less than a week.
