Auto-renew confusion

I didn’t realize my plan would continue automatically, thought it stopped after one month. That’s partly my fault for not reading closely, but I do wish it were more obvious. App itself works quite nicely though

The Best App!!

It is awesome! It does everything that It is advertised to do! For one it is the best remote location tracker! It is even help me find the phone when it was lost the targeted device. Anytime you need help you can always get a hold of someone! Keep up the good work! And Julia help me with my problem today keep up the good work there!

It was a little tricky to get it…

It was a little tricky to get it installed because I wasn’t familiar with androids. But the customer service is on point and always helped me! They’re great!! This is the best phone monitoring service ever! Highly recommend. Customer service is superb!!

I want to cancel my subscription…

I want to cancel my subscription however it won’t let me log in to cancel it and no matter how many times I try change the password nothing is working and they are trying to take the money out of my account honestly unacceptable

Gaining confidence

This software did a wonderful job it's the best remote location tracker, I implemented it on my kids phone with their consent and they are now much more confident when gaining their indipendence, the best part? Julia, the best Support Specialist there is

Nicky Brown helped me through the installation process! I wouldn’t have been able to get through it with out her. It’s all straight forward but I’m not phone savvy at all and it was nice having help asap!

paid a pretty penny to get scammed

So costly, doesn't work, impedes target devices internet efficiency and battery life SIGNIFICANTLY. Customer service did not help me whatsoever. When I asked to cancel and get a refund, they disappeared from availability and told me to email them. Not worth the money. Waiting until they prove they didn't scam me, then maybe I will change my rating.

REFUND my money!!

I paid £0.97 for a trial period but then when I wanted to cancel the subscription their website said my account doesn’t even exist. They tried to charge me £23 something first, I immediately cleared out my bank account. Then they started charging me £47.99 again and again. For a while my bank declined it but today the payment went through. I have emailed the support team already. Please REFUND! Let me know what details you need from my side. Thanks

This is the best smartphone monitoring…

This is the best smartphone monitoring app ive came across. Customer service is on point super quick response always Nicky Brown is very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. I swear by this app and have been using it for the last 5 years maybe alil less but I will continue to bc not knowing is something I cant deal with or being lied too.
